The Assembly is is a legally recognized Wiccan non-profit religious organization based in the Mid-Atlantic region. The form of Wicca that the Assembly practices is syncretic and draws inspiration from Astrology, Qabala, the Western Magickal Tradition and the folk religions of Europe. Keepers of

the Holly Chalice, the founding coven of the Assembly began its life in February of 1984. The Assembly was incorporated in the state of Delaware in 1993 and was granted 501(c)(3) status by the IRS in 1995. The Assembly currently consists of 12 covens in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, New York, and the District of Columbia.

Archers will be offering a day-long workshop devoted to ideas and best practices to care for your Magical Self. Topics include:

* Personal Practice: The care of Mind, Body, and Spirit
* The Witches Pyramid: A Scaffolding of Potential

Each coven of the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel has a unique hand-crafted tool representing one of the elements. Archers of the Sacred Flames is a fire coven, so our tool is a Staff. Archers' Staff was created by a talented local artist.

On Sunday, September 25, 2016, Archers of the Sacred Flames was born. Nine people dedicated in a wonderful ritual that was part of a day of rituals celebrating Mabon. Archers is the thirteenth coven of the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel and the first coven in the Circle Sagittarius.

We'd like to give thanks to everyone who helped us on this journey, especially our hiving coven, Weavers of the Moonfire!

We'll begin to post more information in the coming weeks about future events and opportunities for you to get to know us better. If you have any questions, we're always here to talk.
