We are a warm and welcoming Reform congregation of nearly 480 households, serving 85 students through our Mensch Lab (K-7) and Beit Noar (Grades 8-10) programs. Our mission is to nurture character, inspire Jewish identity, and help create mensches—people of integrity.
We're seeking a passionate, creative, and organized part-time Education Director to lead our religious school programs and help shape meaningful Jewish learning experiences for children, teens, and families.
✨ Position Highlights
• 20 hours per week, year-round
• Salary: $45,000–$50,000, commensurate with experience
• Lead and support a team of 10 teachers and staff
• Partner with clergy, senior staff, and lay leadership
• Oversee Religious School programs and teen madrichim
• Build relationships with families and the broader community
• Some evening and weekend hours required
