Thank you for your prayers for David Nakhla’s safety as he visits the saints in Ukraine. Just yesterday, he had the opportunity to address the congregation of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, encouraging them in their ministry of mercy to those in need amid the ongoing realities of war. Thank you for faithfully praying for the saints and the ministry in Ukraine. We thought you would appreciate a firsthand glimpse of life there—a vivid picture of what God is doing and how He is using your prayers and support.

Before you watch, could we ask you to keep OPC Disaster Response Coordinator, David Nakhla in your prayers? He is visiting the region again right now, to meet those being served through the Ukraine Crisis Fund (https://give.opc.org/diaconal-ministries-detail/ukraine-crisis-fund), and to observe the ministry firsthand. Pray for safety for him and those traveling with him, especially as they enter potentially dangerous areas. Pray that their presence would encourage the brothers and sisters in this war-torn region, and that the Lord would bring an end to the ongoing conflict. Thank you for your care for the saints in Ukraine. https://vimeo.com/1176614327?fl=ip&fe=ec Orthodox Presbyterian Church

Some may remember deacon Jeff Davis’ amazing leadership during the OPC Disaster Response Hurricane Harvey effort in Houston back in 2017. Please take the time to listen to this great testimony!

We have our next podcast, and the title is borrowed from one of our forefathers in the faith and seemed fitting for this podcast. One of our goals in 2026 is to expand the types of guests on the podcast, and this is the first interview with a member in the OPC who isn't a pastor or elder. Jeff Davis...

An urgent prayer request has come in from Kharkiv Presbyterian Church's elder-in-training, Mark A.: "Please pray for us! An ongoing attack since last night. More than 30 jet-powered drones are attacking residential buildings and critical infrastructure. Jet-powered drones fly at 250 miles per hour. We would be very grateful for your prayers!" Please pray for these dear brothers and sisters in Christ, and, if you are led, donate to support the efforts to minister to the internally displaced and those who are suffering the effects of the war. "I have traveled to Ukraine several times over the years, but this was my first visit to the beautiful city of Kyiv. Standing there on the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion felt surreal. The war that has reshaped this nation continues with no clear end in sight, and the cost has been staggering. Both sides have suffered enormous casualties, and nearly every Ukrainian family carries some burden from the conflict. Yet what struck me most during my time there was not only the weight of the suffering, but also the resilience of the people—and the quiet, steady work of God in the midst of it."
