Southwest Park Baptist Church SWP is a Christ-Centered, Gospel Focused, Discipleship Driven, Mission Active, Family of Faith.

We're a medium-sized congregation with Baptist roots in Abilene, Texas and we are committed to spreading the Gospel message across our city, state, country and world. We love families and aim "to equip and encourage our members to become functional, maturing, reproducing followers of the Lord Jesus Christ."

Encounter 2026: Firm Foundation! The 2026 Women's Retreat is an event where you can hear some great preaching, participate in worship, and attend exciting breakout sessions of your choice. The retreat includes a welcome gift, all supplies for breakout sessions, and four meals. August 7-8, 2026
