This casual evening event is for any woman interested in learning more about about why discipleship is so important, what D-Groups are, and how to start or find one! We'll be meeting in the SSBC College Room (Ed Bldg, 1st Floor) on Thursday, Sept 24 at 7:00pm. Please register here soon so we can plan for snacks and supplies:

Ladies, Tired of being bombarded by Facebook, the news, your great aunt’s next door neighbor’s cure for the Covid? Has it been difficult to remain STEADFAST in the Lord during difficult days?

Let’s leave all of that behind and dig into the Word TOGETHER (well, via Zoom, but I bet we caught your attention).

Starting Thursay, June 4 at 7:00pm we will go through a great, timely Bible Study called STEADFAST by Courtney Doctor. This study will walk us through the book of James. Here's a quick summary:

“Faithfulness regardless of our circumstances. James longs for his readers to be steadfast. His letter meets us in our suffering and sickness, our trials and temptations, our wealth and poverty, our ups and downs. He confronts our sin, our speech, and our pride. He encourages believers to have a more resilient and concrete faith: not just to hear the word, but to do it. He calls us to persevere in truth in a world of lies, to see that God’s steadfast love is ultimately the source of our steadfast faith.”

This is an 8 week class that will meet each Thursday evening at 7:00pm via Zoom. You will need to register HERE (https://ssbaptist.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/423386) so we can send you the Zoom code.
