What an incredible time on Mission Trip with the folks in Gordon, TX! We are so grateful for every student, adult volunteer, church partner, and community member who made this week possible. Together we served our neighbors, built new friendships, laughed a lot, worshiped together, and witnessed God’s love at work in so many ways.

Thank you to everyone who prayed for us, supported us, and encouraged our team throughout the week. We came home tired, a little dirty, and incredibly thankful for all that God has done. We can’t wait to see how the seeds planted this summer continue to grow!

Mid-Winter was a wonderful experience! We met new friends, learned new things about God, and got to Cha Cha slide! We can’t wait to come back this summer for camp ❤️

Due to continued road freezing, all Wednesday evening activities at St. Paul UMC on 1/28 are canceled. We encourage everyone to stay safe and take care during this time. We’re holding you in prayer and look forward to being together again soon.

❄️Church Activities Update ❄️

Due to the impending ice storm, hazardous road conditions, and lack of HVAC heating for classrooms, staff have decided to cancel all church activities for this Sunday, including:

Sunday School
Worship Service
Lisa Barela’s Retirement Reception
Confirmation Meeting

A previously recorded worship service will be aired on KTXS and Facebook.

Rescheduled Events:

Lisa Barela’s Retirement Reception: Next Sunday, February 1 at 9:00 a.m. in the Sunroom

Confirmation Information Meeting: Next Sunday, February 1 at 11:00 a.m. in the Youth Room. We will reschedule the Family and Student Ministries Council meeting originally scheduled for Feb 1. Stay tuned for details!

St. Paul at Night (SPAN) begins again on January 21. Bible studies for children, youth, and adults are available. Dinner will be provided in the gym beginning at 6:00pm. All children and youth meet in the Sun Room at 6:30pm before heading up to the Children’s and Youth Wing on the 2nd floor.

Parents will pick up at 8pm from the classrooms. See you soon!

Merry Christmas!! Jesus is here, and he told us it’s time for a pancake breakfast.

Everyone is invited! Meet in the Sun Room at 9am for a delicious breakfast and hot coffee. We hope to see you there!

Please note that this event will replace regular children and youth Sunday School classes on December 28. Our regular Sunday schedule will resume the following week, January 4.

We had an amazing Progressive Dinner for our 5th-12th graders! Thank you to all of our hosts who helped us celebrate the JOY this season brings. See your for Christmas Eve service at 6pm this Wednesday, December 24 in the Wesley Friendship Hall.
