Join us for our FIFTH annual Ready, Set, Glow 5K on October 11th. From the glow party and food trucks to racing through downtown Abilene at night, you won’t want to miss our biggest celebration yet!

This past week, we had the opportunity to share information about We Love Abilene Baby Showers and The Well’s church services with over 200 neighbors at a WIC Breastfeeding Celebration. It was a sweet time connecting with parents, sharing resources, and encouraging families as they navigate parenthood.

We Love Abilene recently had the privilege of hosting Matt and Ashley Mason as they shared their family’s journey with foster and adoptive families at The Well. As parents of 10 children, including 6 through adoption, their story was a powerful reminder of God’s faithfulness and the important role prayer has played in both their family and the lives of the biological families they’ve walked alongside.

Through their ministry, Encourage One Another, they are passionate about supporting and encouraging foster and adoptive families so they can thrive. We are grateful for ministries like Encourage One Another and the work they are doing to support foster and adoptive families in our community.

As rent continues to rise, more working families are facing impossible situations—living out of vehicles, without access to basic necessities like running water.

Our Family Shower Program provides a safe place to refresh, recharge, and restore dignity—but we can’t do it without you.
