Hello Parents!
Here's what's going on in the Kidzone:
-Our theme this month is I WILL LIVE MY LIFE BY FAITH. So this week the kids learned about what it means to live by faith. We studied Moses and how he learned to live by faith so that God could use him!
-We also learned how God spoke to Moses through a burning bush. And that if God can use a bush to speak through, then He can use US to do big things too. We just need to have faith!
This week, talk to your child about what it means to live BY FAITH. ⤵️
-Tell them about examples of a time you had to have faith, even when it seemed scary.
-Tell them about ways God used you for big things and how you overcame that fear.
-Remind them of times in the Bible where God delivered on that faith.
-And finally, you can pray with your child this week about having the faith to trust in God to overcome scary things. Some examples may be going to school, taking a test, a sports game or a performance, or even telling a friend about Jesus.
Take this time to learn about your child's fears and to teach them how to live BY FAITH!
Our memory verse for the month is Hebrews 1:11. The kids have been doing an awesome job with memorizing it and storing it in their heart! You can work with them on the verse at home or let them show you how much they know!
Lastly, YOU as the parents are the biggest influence to your child and we APPRECIATE you. Thank you for the ways you pour into your children and get them excited for God! And thank you for allowing us to teach them the amazing love of God and what it means to live by faith!
