There’s working FOR the ministry and working WITH the ministry
> Working FOR = You’re under the covering. You follow the vision. But the house MUST feed you. God can’t use an empty vessel. _“Man shall not live by bread alone...”_ Matthew 4:4
Those who are growing and the food on your table suits their level of maturity — they will STAY. They are being fed, they are growing, they submit.
>But those who have passed that level will not work FOR you. They will work WITH you. Because the spiritual food you’re giving is no longer feeding their maturity.
> Some will disappear for the *wrong reasons*. But some will disappear for the *right reasons* — because they’re starving. They’ve outgrown the milk and need meat. _Hebrews 5:14_
This is also a challenge to us spiritual leaders: *Don’t let your brook dry.* Keep seeking God. Keep bearing fruit. Grow the anointing so you can feed ALL levels. And when you discern someone has matured, don’t hold them. *Bless them, pray for them, and release them* to start their own assignment. _1 Cor 3:9 - we are co-workers with God_
Anointing first. Money second. That’s Kingdom.
