At the Diocesan Council that convened yesterday, Bishop Moses Banja through the powers vested in him, bestowed the title of *BISHOP* *EMERITUS* upon the retired Bishop Wilberforce for his dedicated and exceptional service.
He will now be addressed as Bishop Emeritus Wilberforce Kityo Luwalira.
