Dear Jeshurun Ministries friends and partners. It's Pastor Philip Kasumba, team leader at Jeshurun Ministries Uganda. I come to you with a heavy heart, seeking free will generosity towards purchasing church land and meeting relocation costs. The Lord guided us to plant our first church two years ago; we didn't have anywhere to establish the church building, so we leased someone's land for a renewable contract of two years. The first year was a huge struggle, but the Lord manifested himself powerfully, and many lives in our community have been blessed. In the second year, we were blessed with resources to make our worship dome a better place for worshiping our God. It must be because of such developments that the landlord became insecure and has refused to renew our tenancy contract, pushing the church to relocate. This struggle has been ongoing for quite some months until the village leadership sat with the two sides and gave us until June 2026. The land we have focused on costs UGX 70,000,000, an equivalent of USD 20,000. It will be enough to peacefully accommodate the church building and our childcare school, a school we established this year to help financially challenged children, orphans, and children parented by single mothers to attain a Christ-centered education in the areas of Maganjo Kagoma. Our church membership has started on this journey, so we call upon you to find a reason to stand with us as we keep this God's work running. Your contribution will always be remembered in our hearts, and our prayer is that God will show himself powerful in your life also. Thank you for the love.

In our ministry vision of planting Churches in every district of Uganda an later, in every Nation of the world. God has blessed us with land in Bugweri District in Eastern Uganda for our third Church. This is our first Church to be planted on its own land.
Last weekend we opened the boundaries and documentation of the Land. One of Pastors Pastor Simon Katandi is going to Pastor this flock of our Lord Jesus Christ. What a way to e nd 2025. We give all the glory to God.

LETS BRING THE SCHOOL TO THEM.

For the time we have served the children, we have realised that 25 of our children in the Children's Church have reached school going age, some are 8 years, others 10 and more yet they have never attended Kindergarten. This is entirely caused by financial struggles their parents are going through in an urban residence. They can not save to take their children to school. As a church we have agreed to "BRING THE SCHOOL TO THEM" We are thinking of employing professionals to teach the children from our Church space. YES... creating a learning environment from our very own Church auditorium during week days, and then set it for service and prayer every evening and weekends. Keep us in prayer such that we are able to impact these Children's lives for the glory of God.

This task is a divine burden you can chose to join as we empower the future of the body of Christ.
