Prayer is not a performance but a position, so God does not want us to have a poetic word and all beautiful sentences strung along together.
He wants honest word, and heart. You have to surrender because your words can fail but surrender is all we need Infront of God.
Even if you don't know what say, just say I don't know what to say because you are real and positionally asking for alignment for God to fill your words
Real Preyer is surrendering to holy one
You can talk to God in whisper, you can cry to God in tears, or even in silence as long as its real.

Govern Yourself or Be Governed
“Please practice self-control”… because if you don’t control yourself, something else will—your emotions, your habits, or even other people. And it most times feels bad not to be in control
Scripture:
“For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.” — 2 Timothy 1:7

Self-control is evidence of strength, not weakness. It shows that God’s Spirit is at work within you, helping you choose what is right over what is easy. When you lack control, you hand over influence to impulses and pressures that don’t align with your purpose.

Action points:

* Slow down your responses — choose wisdom over impulse.
* Pause and pray before reacting — don’t let emotions lead you.
* Set and honor boundaries — protect your time, thoughts, and habits.
* Stay connected to God daily — His Spirit empowers discipline.

When you walk with God, you don’t just react to life—you lead yourself with purpose.
