Acts 15:36- 16:15
Two great ministers and apostles of Jesus Christ (Paul and Barnabas) get into sharp disagreement with separation as the end result. Despite that God continued to use them to expand His Church. Its amazing how God remains focused in growing His church. And He used men who are not perfect.

Acts 15
The question is, is belief in Jesus Christ saficient for our salvation or we ought to follow the Law of Moses as well? We see the early church in Acts 15 battling the issue of salvation by obeying the Law. Thankful for a man like Paul who understood the word of God and he and Barnabas stood their ground, defending the gentile believers from being forced to be circumsized.
Its vital to have full counsel of God so as to be able to live the life God has granted us, not allowing to be imprisoned by people's ideas and teachings based on wisdom of men.

Acts 14 is pretty interesting and an amazing portion of scripture, where we see Paul and Barnabas continue travailing through all hardships and persecution in their efforts to reach the gentile world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Verse 19, Paul was stoned and thinking that he was dead, was dragged outside the city to be thrown away, only to rise and head to another city where he continued preaching the gospel. What on earth was such unwavering commitment and determination. Likewise, the gospel calls each one of us to be unwavering in our faith.

As a church, we continuing with our study of the book of Acts. Chapter 13 expossed us to something great. Paul and Barnabus are commissioned to the work God has for them. God was with them and we see many turning to the Lord. In their journey , John Mark who was cousin to Barnabus joins them. But after awhile he forsakes Paul and Barnabus, returning to Jerusalem.
We already have a glips that this John was the cause for the split between Paul and Barnabus.
Stay tuned for chapter 14.

Something about God : His plan is for all nations to be saved. Its difficult to comprehend how the circumcision party in Acts 11 were blind to what God was doing. They strongly blamed Peter for visiting, and eating with the gentiles at Cornelius house.
God wants all to come to Him.

It is well with the church of Christ because He (Jesus) has already overcome and has already won it all.
