WORD OF HIS GRACE CHRISTIAN MISSION - UGANDA
Philippians 4:13
The verse says, "I can do all this through him [Christ ] who gives me strength"
1. In context, the Apostle Paul is writing to the Philippians [Believers] from prison, where he's facing significant challenges and hardships. Despite these difficulties, Paul is expressing his confidence in Christ's power to help him navigate any situation.
The key phrase here is *"through him who gives me strength."* This emphasizes that Paul's ability to face challenges isn't based on his own strength or abilities, but rather on Christ's power working through him
2. It's not about what Paul can do on his own, but about what God can do through him.
In essence, Philippians 4:13 is reminding us that our strength and ability to overcome challenges come from Christ, not from ourselves. It's a message of hope, encouragement, and dependence on God's power in our lives.
So, the next time you're facing a difficult situation, remember that it's not about what you can do on your own, but about what God can do through you.
YOU'RE BLESSED
