*23 June, 2026: UCU Church Relations Department Hosts Trinity Semester Clergy Children’s Mentorship Program*

The Church Relations Department of Uganda Christian University hosted the Trinity Semester Clergy Children’s Mentorship Program, bringing together more than 70 clergy children (PKs) for a meaningful time of reflection, mentorship, learning, and fellowship.

Held at Kingdom View in Mukono, Uganda, the session was facilitated by Rev. Dr. Richard Mulindwa, Head of Church Relations, under the theme *“*My Identity and Authority as a Clergy Child*.”*

The program provided a safe and engaging space for participants to reflect on their unique identity, calling, and the responsibility that comes with being raised in clergy families.

Drawing inspiration from *Proverbs 9:10, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom,”* Rev. Dr. Mulindwa encouraged clergy children to remain rooted in Christ as they discover their purpose and walk confidently in their God-given identity.

*“Walk confidently, not in pride, but in the knowledge that God has a purpose for you. Let your roots be deep in Christ, your minds filled with wisdom, and your lives guided by God’s calling,”* he emphasized.

The mentorship initiative reflects the Church Relations Department’s continued commitment to nurturing and supporting clergy families by creating platforms where clergy children can connect, share experiences, and be equipped to embrace their identity and purpose with confidence.
