Happy Independence day to all Ugandans home and abroad may every word of God come alive in your heart as we take on a new journey from 63rd Independence may the meaning of Independence become a fact to the parl of Africa and may the following unique facts about Uganda get the attention of the nations in Jesus' name:

NATURAL WONDERS
1. Source of the Nile: Uganda is home to the source of the Nile, the world's longest river, which originates from Lake Victoria.
2. Lake Victoria: The country shares the majestic Lake Victoria, the largest lake in Africa and the world's second-largest freshwater lake.
3. Rwenzori Mountains: The Rwenzori range, often called the "Mountains of the Moon," features the snow-capped Margherita Peak on Mount Stanley, Africa's fourth-highest peak.

WILDLIFE AND BIODIVERSITY
1. Mountain Gorilla Haven: Uganda is one of the few places in the world where you can find and trek with endangered mountain gorillas, with half of their global population residing in the country's national parks, such as Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
2. Big Five: The country offers opportunities to see the Big Five safari animals: the African Cape Buffalo, Lions, Leopards, Southern White Rhinos, and African Bush Elephants.
3. Birdwatcher's Paradise: With over 1,073 recorded bird species, Uganda is an exceptional destination for birdwatching, housing 50% of Africa's bird species and 11% of the world's.

CULTURE & SOCIETY
1. "Pearl of Africa": British Prime Minister Winston Churchill famously dubbed Uganda the "Pearl of Africa" due to its rich natural beauty.
2. Diverse Tribes: The nation is ethnically diverse, with over 50 different indigenous tribes, each with their own unique cultures and languages, contributing to the country's vibrancy.
3. Young Population: Uganda has one of the youngest populations in the world, with a significant portion of its citizens under 30 years old.
4. Rolex: In Uganda, a "Rolex" is a popular and delicious street food, not a luxury watch; it consists of a chapati (flatbread) with eggs and vegetables rolled inside.
5. Boda-Bodas: The primary mode of transport for many is the boda-boda, a motorcycle or bicycle used as a taxi.

Hanging on a cross causes extreme suffocation and the only way to breathe is to pull yourself up and Jesus did this with thick nails in His wrists but worse was that His exposed open back muscles and tissues would rub up against splintery wood every time He went up for air and He did that for 6 hours.

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT AND PRAYER FOR USA ESPECIALLY THE SIX STATES HIT BY HURRICANE HELEN FROM PASTOR HASSAN MUBIRU
Dear friends, and families from Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia and entire United States Of America accept my greetings in this time of unimaginable destruction you are facing, personally I have crossed multiple tragedies which mostly came by Pastoring in Uganda and caring for needy/orphaned children, but what you are facing is horrible and assuming that everyone feels what's going through your minds right now couldn't be right we can only imagine, these are the times of losing families and loved ones forever and no one is really used to these times, they are bridges we are not used to cross and to some of us the feelings of anguish may take you years or forever to heal, realizing that you're alive but you are the only one survived from your family, lost your parents or your children may get you to never want to forgive yourself.
Am raising my voice with depression reminded of lives gone infront of me m, times when things total gone beyond my control, when I really don't have any to blame, and when I don't know which Bible verse to think of but knowing my only hope is God Almighty the creator of heaven and earth the one who loved me very much and in course of time who sent his only begotten son as a clear sign of his enduring love for humanity.
Our heavenly Father in Jesus name I approach your throne of grace with confidence by the blood of your son Jesus standing on behalf of USA most especially Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia, heavenly Father on behalf of families torn apart and loved ones gone I look to you who can heal deeper wounds no one could ever heal.
I ask you to build lives beyond what government or therapists would in this time of great depression, be found in those tents, rooms and houses where people live, may this be a turning point an eye opener to many callings upon the lives of everyone who is going through alot at the moment.
Father I remember in the night when Jacob was running from Esau in the middle of no where, parted from his family security and when the stone was the only pillow he could find its when you Lord God had a great encounter with him with an ever clear message BEHOLD AM WITH YOU, AND WILL KEEP YOU IN ALL PLACES YOU GO. And the same place of his despair he called it the house of God and the gate of heaven Genesis 28:10-17.
Heavenly Father I know and I believe that you're real and your reality varies in the lives of us all not so much depending on you but us and I know that sometimes difficult times got me turned to you fully am praying the same for all my brothers and sisters in USA may this time draw them even more closer to you in the name that saved and transformed my life Jesus Christ
Amen.
