Misson
Nkole exists to make disciples of Jesus Christ who will embrace God’s objectives in Mbarara City and beyond. We seek to see a high view of God, His Word and His Church, resulting into a vibrant, joyful and fruitful community of believers who demonstrate the new life in Christ by submission to him and obedience to his Word. God’s Word – Our only confidence and legitimate founda

tion for our faith is the written Word of God. It is the knowledge of God’s Word and His Will, rooted in his character through which our courage and convictions about expositional teaching, discipleship training, biblical counselling and all church life are based. Scriptures are sufficient and essential for life and godliness. Changed lives– We believe that when God saves us, he gives us new life, a new heart to know and pursue a relationship with Him. He, by grace, causes us to pursue his desires and purposes and thus a commitment to the newness of life as demonstrated by submission to Christ and obedience to His Word. If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. However, true repentance leads to an increasing pattern of righteousness and a decreasing pattern of love of sin and the world. When God the Father acts in Christ to reconcile us to Himself, he gives us the desire and the power to do what pleases him. The Gospel changes everything we are. Relationships – We value commitment to relationships at Nkole as expressed in thanking God for ALL the saints, investing and enjoying being with other believers, consistently praying for them, appreciating what God is doing in them and how we use our gifts to serve one another. We seek to do all we can to promote one another’s spiritual growth as we pursue the mutual benefits of fellowship while keeping the gospel central.

Our 2025 Gospel Roots class. This discipleship training which started on December 27th will, God willing end on 31st October 2025. Pray we will be changed by the Gospel. Pray we will all be committed, faithful and tenacious for the sake of advancing His cause in Nansana and beyond.
