Business came to a stand still at Mbale market as the entire town was painted white with flags flying high at the Divisional headquarters( Mukuli Citadel grounds), as joined other salvationists in officially welcoming Majors Leonard and Violet Nyongesa as the new Mbale Divisional Leaders, installed by Commissioners Geoff and Kalie Webb.
