| THE - TWO - EXPERIENCES - OF - GLORY |
There are two experiences of glory: the first is the glory of the rain that falls down from the heavens, a fulfillment of the prophecy that, "And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy": (Acts 2:17â€-‬18) - that's the former rain he is talking about. However, there is a second experience I have seen by knowledge. While the experience that settles on a man to wait for what comes from above is beautiful, the second experience is that the LORD will get that man from a place of receiving from what comes only from up (not above), to what cometh from within. In Genesis at the tending of the garden, we realize that the garden was not watered by rain from above; it was watered by rain from beneath. There is a DIFFERENCE from what cometh from without into you and what cometh from within you to without.
When you received the Holy Spirit from on high, and He entered and settled within you, He is now IN you so that you now function from the one within you; that's the treasure in earthen vessels that the excellence of the power might be of the LORD. That's the man that will eat of the garden, a man restored back to the tree of life because God couldn't let them eat of the tree of life when they had been dispensed in a place where their vision was corrupted by the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life. Eve saw in the spirit that the tree was good for food, it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise (Genesis 3:6) but not with physical eyes for the devil opened their eyes to another world and God realises that they have the knowledge of good and evil and cannot eat of the tree of life. Now, Christ is the tree of life but we must relate with this tree of life according to the pattern and principles wherewith its laid. The rain comes down on you that it may start to come out of you. Paul says, "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us", (Ephesians 3:20). That's why your heart is like a ground; your SPIRIT is like a GROUND and God wants to soak you! For a New Testament creature, God says, He that believeth on me, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water (John 7:38), and those are the gushings out of your spirit that water everything: they water your family; they water your ministry; they water your marriage. It's not coming from above anymore, it's coming from within.
And He also said, For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall MY WORD be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it (Isaiah 55:10â€-‬11). How does it prosper in the thing whereto He sent it? By it getting in your spirit, and when it gets in you, it starts to come out of you; YOU BECOME THE RAIN!
You stop healing the sick, you become the healing. You stop delivering the oppressed, you become deliverance. You stop just having wisdom, you become the wisdom. Because you are in the garden, and it comes out from with-in; He has placed it inside you. That seed of greatness; that treasure in earthen vessels (2 Corinthians 4:7), that's why He says that He has made us able ministers of the New Testament (2 Corinthians 3:6). That means you have the ability to minister the New Testament to the fullest. When they say God heals, you heal! When they say God delivers, you deliver! When they say God is rich, your bank account blows men because it's with-in you! ~ Ap. Grace Lubega
