The Ch Cecilia choir animates the 9 am Sunday mass at St.

Augustine chapel Makerere University. The Choir consists both student and non-student volunteers. Other activities include:
- An annual music concert
- A monthly get-together party
- Periodic religious retreats
- charity visits to children's homes, hospitals, etc.
