Job Description:
Women's Hospital International and Fertility Centre is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with various departments to execute marketing strategies that support the hospital's growth objectives. They will be responsible for monitoring market trends, developing advertising campaigns, creating pricing strategies, and targeting strategies based on demographic data. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the company's leadership team to develop and execute marketing plans to increase awareness of our hospital and services.
Responsibilities:
-Monitor market trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth
-Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and other departments to develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives that promote Women's Hospital International and Fertility Centre to the community
-Manage and maintain the hospital's website, social media accounts, and other digital marketing channels to ensure they are up-to-date and engaging
-Write and edit marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, and advertising copy
-Develop and execute advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and outdoor advertising
-Create pricing strategies based on market research and competitor analysis
-Develop targeting strategies based on demographic data to reach potential patients
-Work with the leadership team to develop and execute marketing plans to increase awareness of our hospital and services
-Use digital marketing tools to increase visibility and engagement across social media platforms
-Build and maintain relationships with other hospitals and healthcare providers to increase referrals
-Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
-At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing
-Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-Must be fluent in French and Swahili(We will be focusing primarily on those who are fluent in these languages apart from English)
