Sad News!
We are saddened by the passing on of a dedicated servant of God, Rev. Fr. Albert Reitzner Ocen who died from Aber hospital today morning (16.06.202) at 6:27am at the age of 89. By the time of his death, he was in St Joseph Seminary Aboke were he worked as spiritual director for a long time.
Fr Albert was a priest with a big heart and will be remembered for his spiritual inspiration, charity and love humanity. He supported more than 4 religious Sisters and over 10 priests during the time of their formation. He also built over 100 houses in Aloi and Aboke parishes respectively for the widows and orphans and also supported hundreds of orphans in school. He was a unique priest with special affection for the poor. Plans for the burial arrangements is underway and shall be communicated by the diocesan authorities. Rest in Peace Fr Albert.

Thank you Sant Egidio children, The school of peace in Lira diocese who accompanied the elderly on their special day through animating liturgy, presenting gifts to the elderly.
