A HARVEST OF LOVE: COMMUNITY SUNDAY!

What a glorious conclusion to our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting! We didn't just end with a prayer; we ended with a Praise Breakout and a massive display of God’s provision.

After 21 days of seeking God's face, we opened our doors and our hearts to our neighbors in a powerful way.

The Fruit of our Harvest today:
• Souls Won: We are celebrating over 40 precious lives given to Christ during our door-to-door outreach!
• Welfare in Action: We were blessed to share food supplies, soap, clothing, and shoes with our community. 🍞🧼👟
• Brotherhood: Seeing the church and village come together reminded us that in 2026, no one should be left behind.

A huge THANK YOU to every member who gave, served, and prayed. You didn't just fast from food; you feasted on the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

The 21 days are over, but the Year of Harvest has only just begun! Let’s keep this momentum going all year long.

THE HARVEST IS REAL!
Day 17 of our prayer and fasting just got even more powerful. We sent our teams out into the villages today, and they didn't return empty-handed.

2 people have said YES to Jesus!

"Fight On" and keep moving—and today, that movement led to eternal life for two of our neighbors. Let’s keep pushing, church; the harvest is truly white!

Faith in Action! Our church has left the building today! Our Evangelism and Welfare teams are walking through our local villages to share the Gospel and provide support to our neighbors.

In this Year of Harvest, we are reaching out to ensure no one is left behind. We aren’t just talking about the harvest—we are out in the field!

Please lift the team up in prayer right now! Let every door opened be a door to a new life in Christ.

DAY 16: STRENGTH FOR THE FINISH LINE!

We are officially in the "home stretch" of our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting. As we enter Day 16, the momentum is building, and the atmosphere is shifting!

Following the powerful word from Pr. Moses Nyanzi and our pastors these past weeks, we are reminded: Crying is a distraction—it’s time to fight on! Just like the lepers who chose to move toward the camp of the enemy, we are moving toward our Year of Harvest. You might feel tired, but remember: the greatest hunger always precedes the greatest filling.
🎯 Today’s Prayer Focus: Persistence in the Harvest

Declare: I will not be distracted by my current struggles or emotions.

Petition: Lord, give me the "leper’s courage" to keep moving when others are sitting still.

Expect: We are fasting not just to go without food, but to make room for the abundance God has promised in 2026.

"If we sit here, we die..." (2 Kings 7:3)

Don't stop now. You are only 5 days away from completing this spiritual journey! The sound of a "great army" is going before you to secure your harvest. 🌾

How are you feeling on Day 16? Drop a "💪" or a "Harvest" in the comments to show you're still standing strong in the gap!

NO MORE DISTRACTIONS: IT’S HARVEST TIME!

What an incredible word we received this past Sunday, January 18th, from Pastor Moses Nyanzi! Coming to us all the way from the UK, he delivered a powerful reminder that our breakthrough is just on the other side of our persistence.

📖 The Message: Fight On! Drawing from the story of the lepers (2 Kings 7), Pastor Moses challenged us to stop settling. Those men realized that sitting still meant death, but moving forward meant a chance at life.

Key Takeaways to carry through your week:

Crying is a Distraction: Don't let your emotions rob you of your momentum. Weeping may endure for a night, but it shouldn't stop your march toward the gate!

Fight On: The battle belongs to the Lord, but the movement belongs to us. If the lepers hadn't moved, the city wouldn't have been saved.

The Connection: Your Harvest isn't just going to fall into your lap—it is found in the place where you refuse to give up.

This is our Year of Harvest, but remember: harvest requires action! Like the lepers, when we start moving, God creates the sound of a great army to clear our path.

Reflect & Respond: What "distraction" are you laying down this week so you can keep fighting for your harvest? Let us know in the comments! 👇

Don’t just pray for change—be the answer to someone’s prayer.

This January 25th, join Love Works Church for Community Sunday. As we seek God’s face, let us also extend His hands. We are collecting:
• Clothing: Shoes, bags, and apparel.
• Food Stuffs: Sugar, posho, beans, and more.
Your Step: Gather your best quality donations this week. Bring them to the church and help us fulfill the mandate of Acts 20:35: "It is more blessed to give than to receive."
Why Giving is Noble During Fasting & Prayer
Fasting is not just about abstaining from food; it is about re-aligning our hearts with God’s heart. Merging your fast with a "Community Sunday" donation is a noble cause for three reasons:

1. It Completes the "True Fast"

In Isaiah 58, God describes the fast He chooses: it isn't just about hunger, but about "loosing the chains of injustice" and "sharing your food with the hungry and providing the poor wanderer with shelter." Giving to this cause turns your private discipline into a public blessing.

2. It Breaks the Power of Materialism

Fasting humbles the flesh, and giving humbles the ego. When we give away food or clothes while we are personally sacrificing, we prove that our security comes from God, not from our possessions. It is a declaration that people matter more than things.

3. It Multiplies Spiritual Impact

Prayer connects us to Heaven, but charity connects us to our neighbors. By donating food (like sugar and beans) while you are fasting, you are effectively taking the "portion" you might have consumed and sowing it into the life of someone in need. This creates a "double harvest" of spiritual growth and social impact.

During the 2025–2026 Crossover Night, we witnessed the greatest miracle of all salvation. Over 20 people gave their lives to Christ, responding to the call of the Gospel and making a bold decision to follow Jesus.

We give all the glory to God for transformed lives and thank everyone who prayed, served, and stood in faith. This is a true testimony that the harvest is ready and souls are being saved.

Highlights from the 2025–2026 Crossover Night

The 2025–2026 Crossover Night was a powerful and unforgettable encounter in the presence of God. As we transitioned into the new year, the atmosphere was charged with faith, expectation, and divine alignment.

Intense Praise and Worship: We ushered in the new year with heartfelt worship, lifting the name of Jesus and creating room for God’s manifest presence.

Prophetic Declarations: Strong prophetic prayers and declarations were made over families, ministries, businesses, and destinies, setting the spiritual tone for 2026.

The Word of God: The Word came with clarity and authority, equipping believers to step into the new year with confidence, purpose, and vision.

Prayer and Deliverance: Many experienced personal breakthroughs as prayers were offered for release, restoration, and new beginnings.

Thanksgiving and Celebration: As the clock struck midnight, we crossed over with gratitude, rejoicing in what God has done and trusting Him for what lies ahead.

We thank God for His faithfulness and everyone who stood with us to make this night impactful. Indeed, we have crossed over with purpose, power, and promise.

Yesterday was a powerful and faith-strengthening Special Sunday at Love Works Church. Under the theme “This Year, God Is With You,” we were richly ministered to by Pastor Steven Lwakatale (UK).

The Word brought clarity, encouragement, and renewed assurance of God’s abiding presence as we step into the new year. It was a moment of alignment, restoration, and fresh confidence in God’s promises for every believer.

We thank God for His presence, for His servant who ministered with grace and truth, and for everyone who gathered in faith. Indeed, we begin this year anchored in the certainty that God is with us.
