Jesus is the head of House of wisdom harvest mission

We are completely dependent on the lord Jesus Christ for our protection, empowerment, and guidance as he fulfills his will for us corporately and personally. We affirm the scriptures as infallible and authoritative in all matters of faith and practices. We are a faith mission, our missionaries are required to raise their own prayer support. Our aim is for excellence in representing the lord Jesus Christ

We will respect the passed and embrace the future
We are a training, equipping and mentoring mission. STATEMENT OF FAITH
The inward evidence, to the believer, is the direct witness of the Spirit, (Romans 8:16). The outward evidence to all men is a life of true holiness and love, (John 3:35,36, 1 John 3:23). Salvation is by faith in Jesus Christ and not by human works, however, our works are evidence of our faith, and will determine our rewards in eternity, (Romans 10:9,10, 14:10-12, 2 Corinthians 5:10, Ephesians 2:8&9, Titus 3:5-7, James 2:18). We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. (II Tim. 3:16, 17)

We believe in the triune Godhead as eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. II Cor. 13:14)
The Gifts of the Spirit are supernatural abilities given by God to believers so they can minister effectively and miraculously, (1 Corinthians 12). The true Church is not merely an organization, but a fellowship (Body of Christ) with a mission to evangelize the world, (Matthew 28:18-20, Ephesians 5:20). We believe that the ordinances of baptism by immersion in water and observance of the Lord’s Supper should be regularly practiced in the local assembly. (Matt. 28:19; Rom. 6:4; I Cor. 11:23-26)

We believe that it is the duty and privilege of every believer to support the local assembly with his regular presence, giving of tithes and offerings and service. We believe that tithing, accompanied by free-will offerings, is God’s ordained method to finance the spreading of the Gospel and the needs of the local assembly. (Heb. 10:25; 2 Cor. 8,9; 1 Pet. 4:10, Mal. 3:8-12)

We believe that sexual purity is a necessary expression for all of God’s children and requires abstinence from adultery, fornication, in**st, homosexuality or other sexual relationships or practices forbidden in Scripture. (Heb. 13:4; I Cor. 6:18; Lev. 18:1-30)

We believe that marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for a lifetime and a sacred institution established by God. (Matt. 19:4-6)

Practice good and timely communication with House of wisdom harvest mission staff leaders
Come to House of wisdom harvest mission strategic planning summits when able

Gather believers for these training events

Provide and Make regular reports of the ministry, people who have given their lives to Jesus Christ and testimonies of lives changed. Give financial reports about the running of the ministry. Lovingly work through conflict situation when they arise and work towards the unit of our common mission

1. Evangelism
Evangelism is one of the greatest means of reaching the lost through preaching the gospel ,as a ministry we are very concerned to fulfill the will of God through the great commission given to us by our lord Jesus Christ. Mathew 28:19-20. We are very happy to be part of the kingdom laborers to harvest people for eternal life. We join efforts in the hope of seeing even more people engage in a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ, across more populations, in a more caring and just world. We strengthen and encourage churches because the mission community that forms for evangelism to reach so many people with new life in Jesus. Within the HOWHM, conversion rates are more than 3 times higher in evangelism. Discipleship never comes down to one event or one program – it is about walking more closely with Jesus Christ. He is our Master Teacher and we are his apprentices for life. The HOWHM continues to build on our long history of making and deepening disciples. Our staff is committed to resourcing evangelism to this end. Our annual events, programs and more are all ways we partner together to win more converts, make and deepen disciples. We have different methods of reaching many people and these include:

Shalom greetings beloved...

Today's devotion: *If you're to criticize anyone, let it be to positively change their lives.*

*_Finally, brethren whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of a good report, if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians.4:8_*

It's important to have these at the back of your mind before making any criticism; make sure whatever you're saying is true, it must be of good report or necessary to the audience, it's motive must be pure and above all it must be to bring a positive change to the hearer. If not why say it?

Constructive criticism attacks the problem, not the person. Destructive criticism attacks the person and ignores the problem. Its venom is planted by a two-legged viper trying to crush another person’s self-image, character or spirituality with a self-righteous vengeance. Stay warned!

Ask yourself is it to restore or to tear? Remember the account recorded in John 8 of the woman caught in the act of adultery? The Pharisees wanted to kill her. But Jesus found a way to restore her. When something within us wants to hurt another person with our speech, we can be sure it’s the voice of evil trying to use our tongues to do its dirty work.

Constructive criticism says, I may not like what you do, but I like you. Destructive criticism is designed from the outset to hurt, to create self-doubt, to foster suspicion. It’s one of Satan’s favorite weapons for destroying friendships, marriages, and churches.

Sometimes, we don't know the whole story of other people's lives. We don't know what they are facing. Our job shouldn't be to look at them with a critical and a judgemental eye, but constructively to see how we can better their lives.

"Whose Father is He?"

A beggar came asking for food. I told him to come around to the back door and asked him to sit on the floor while I went in to bring the left over food.

I brought him food & said, let's pray. Now repeat after me, "Our FATHER in Heaven". He said, "Your Father in Heaven". I said."No, say OUR FATHER in Heaven". He again said, "Your Father in Heaven"!!!

This extremely Irritated me! I asked why do you say 'Your' father when I say 'Our' FATHER?'

He said, "Sir, it's like this. If I say Our FATHER, then we both become brothers. If we are brothers, you would invite me in through the front door and not the back; you would ask me to sit at your dining table not on the floor; you'd also not give me stale food! Sir, somehow it's not possible that we are sons of the same father!"

He may be your Father, but he can't be OUR Father!

GOD becomes our FATHER when we treat one another as brothers and sisters.

*Demonstrate the power of God*

*_And he shook off the beast into the fire, and felt no harm. Acts 28:5_*

Paul in our opening scripture demonstrated the power of God in a way that the people of the island called him a god. Our lives as Christians should demand supernatural explanation and create the platform for us to introduce the one behind our ability, Jesus. Paul did two major things to demonstrate the power of God.

(1) He stood his ground in faith in the word of God. When the viper fastened itself to the hands of Paul, I am sure Paul was not shaken because He knew what the word of God said in Isaiah 54:15,17 "Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord."

For you to demonstrate the power of God you must have the word of God that guarantees your demonstration. Your faith in the word must be in place and you should live the word.

(2) He took action: Paul took action according to the word of God, first, he brought judgment upon the viper by shaking it into the fire and went ahead to lay hands upon the sick to be healed according to the word of God.

Faith alone will not bring the manifestation of the power unless it is evident by action. The action is putting your faith to work. "Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone." (James 2:17). The supernatural takes place when men engage the power and truth of God’s word in their daily activities.

If you want to see the manifestation of the power of God in your life, locate the word of God, believe it and take action in the name of Jesus.
As believers, we have been commissioned by Jesus to live in the supernatural by the use of His name.

*AUTHORITY AND POWER TO TAKE OVER*

*Preparing and spreading the gospel of peace*

Not everyone who professes the name of the Lord is truly of God but those who do the will of the Father in heaven. Matt 7:21-23. Keeping grudges or record of wrongs and having people you have not forgiven, you are still bitter with is living out of God’s will. Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from iniquity. 2Tim 2:19b. Through these messages, the Lord is preparing you for that end time kingdom revival. A great zealous warrior to sn**ch the captives out of the hand and camp of the enemy into that of the Lord. Be amongst the remnant, a new generation with fire, that the zeal of the Lord is consuming them like a flame. Identify yourself as amongst those that are out of the generation of the Christains that have lost focus and their first love for God. They are lukewarm, cold in love and faith, service and perseverance and in enduring patiently. They are those who say they are Christians belonging to the church, but do not remain true to my name, while they are not, but are members of the synagogue of Satan holding to the misleading teachings like those of Balaam and Jezebel and of the cunning and cleverness of unscrupulous men gamblers.

My beloved, if you correct someone or tell somebody something and he refuses, do not be troubled or fight him or continue to insist. Be at peace and Pray. Allow God to convince him. It might be that you are the one wrong or it is not God’s time. Be at peace with him. These spiritual shoes help us stand firm. If a blind guide leads a blind, they both will fall into the pit. Let nothing derail you or lead you astray or steal your peace. John 14:27. Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. The sandals of the Roman soldier "often were fitted with nails, or armed with spikes, to make them hold firm in the ground" God'
