OVENIGHT HIGHLIGHTS
We were greatly blessed during the overnight by powerful teachings from the men of God.
1st Preacher: Pr. Ssebanenya Gerald
Theme: The Believer’s Authority (John 1:12; Luke 10:18–19)
Believers are given authority as children of God which is tied to position, when you understand your position in Christ, everything about your life changes. The Word of God is a changing agent, and through Christ we have victory over the enemy. We must walk confidently and never compromise, knowing we operate under the supreme authority of Jesus Christ.
2nd Preacher: Pr. Brian Mugisha
Theme: Perfected, Established, Strengthened, Settled (1 Peter 5:10)
To be established, there must be purpose, vision, pursuit and passion. Believers must overcome identity crisis by knowing who they are in Christ. When you understand your identity, life source, and assignment, you walk in strength, boldness, and authority. The anointing within you amplifies your life, and exposure is necessary for growth.

THEME: OUT OF DARKNESS TO LIGHT
Esther 2
In Book of Esther chapter 2, Esther moved from a place of obscurity, rejection, and limitation into a place of honor, influence, and divine purpose. God brought her out of darkness into light not by accident, but by divine positioning.
She had no status, no voice, and no advantage. Darkness can look like rejection, delay, pain, or invisibility. But God uses dark seasons as preparation rooms.
Darkness is a season, not a sentence.
Before Esther became queen, she went through preparation. She was trained, refined, and prepared in secret.
Your preparation season may look hidden, but it is not wasted. Light comes to those who endure the process.
Esther did not become queen just for comfort, but for assignment. God was positioning her to save a nation. God positions people strategically.

THEME: THE VOICE OF GOD
God desires to use us as a vessel for His purposes on the earth. Commit to knowing and discerning the voice of God.
The essence of lifting up our voices is rooted in obedience, prayer, and bold petition. Scripture reminds us that when God speaks, His word finds confirmation and fulfillment (Luke 19:32). Those who know their God shall be strong and do exploits (Daniel 11:32).
Raising our voices in prayer and petition is not noise, it is alignment. God does not rebuke His own according to the demands or pressures of the world. He responds to faith, obedience, and intimacy with Him.
Right people in wrong positions remain bound, and wrong people in right positions bring destruction. Your freedom and impact are tied to your obedience. When God speaks, respond immediately your divine positioning depends on it. “Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.” 1 Samuel 3:9
May we commit to know His voice, and may God raise our voices as instruments to pray, to speak, and to shift atmospheres according to His will.

One of our 2026 sermon highlights is about “A Teachable Heart” a message you cannot afford to miss on our YouTube platform.
📍 DLC MINISTRY

Get accustomed to learning. Fall in love with learning, because growth in God requires a willing and teachable heart. Do not fear change or treat it as a burden. Embrace being new, because God often introduces new seasons through new understanding.
Teach yourself to enter into new things. God does not always work the same way twice. When you resist learning, you resist movement. Learning prepares you to recognize what God is doing now not just what He did before.
Learn to relate with people, and learn each person. Ministry and purpose flow through people. Understanding people helps you serve effectively and walk in wisdom.
God is attentive to learning hearts. He hears the cry of His people and responds with purpose and direction (Exodus 3:7). He restores, heals, and gives instruction when we listen and grow (2 Kings 20:5).
God desires righteous order, understanding, and leadership that reflects His justice and wisdom (Psalm 72; Psalm 72:2). Learning positions us to walk in His ways, to lead, serve, and influence according to His will.
May we remain teachable, flexible, and willing to grow, so that God can continually entrust us with new responsibilities and greater impact.

Waiting upon the Lord is not doing nothing; it is active trust in God. In a fast-paced world, God calls us to patient dependence on Him.
Lessons
Waiting Requires Trust, Builds Courage and Faith, drives away fear and makes God our confidence, not circumstances, Reveals God’s Unmatched Power, Renews Strength
God works behind the scenes, his plans are beyond human understanding. Human strength fails, but God renews strength daily.
As You Wait Patiently
Stay prayerful, Remain obedient, Guard your attitude, Trust God’s timing (delay is not denial), Expect God’s move.
Waiting on the Lord is never wasted. God is working, and fulfillment will surely come. NB: Join us this coming sunday 8-2-2026 for yet another extraordinary service.

As we enter this new year, we give thanks to God who carried us by faith through every season. Even when answers were delayed at times and the way seemed unclear, God remained faithful, working all things for our good.
We look back with gratitude for His provision, His grace, and His unfailing love. Truly, God has been good to us.
With our 2026 theme drawn from 1 Peter 5:10, we are reminded that after a season of trials, God will perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle us. Holding on to this promise, we step into the new year with hope and confidence.
Let this 2026 be a year where God strengthens our faith, orders our steps, and settles us firmly in His purpose. ,testedand strengthened.

Thank You, Lord, for the family celebration on Sunday. As a ministry, You gave us a word and the assignment that we gladly accepted and here we are, sharing the joy, building together, and expanding Your Kingdom.
