We just concluded our Customer Service Delivery training session yesterday, 19th February, at Speke Apartments, Wampewo Avenue, Kampala, in collaboration with Kireyis Consultants!
It was an awesome training session, and lots of role-plays were conducted, focusing on the Six Pillars of Customer Service Delivery:

1. Attitude
2. Interest
3. Action
4. Verbal Language
5. Body Language
6. Tone of Voice

Speke Apartment employees were excited to express themselves through group participation and Q&A sessions.

In today's competitive world, social skills and etiquette are essential for success. This training will help your child stand out, make a lasting impression, and prepare them for future challenges and opportunities.

*Training Objectives:*
- Equip students with practical life skills and etiquette
- Enhance communication skills, confidence, and self-esteem
- Prepare students for future success and personal growth

Half-Day Physical Training for Boys and Girls
🕒 Time: 9am - 1pm
