*The pillars of a successful vision*

*Subtheme:The needs of a successful vision*
✓Pillars mean supporters

📖Proverbs 29:18
We usually attribute our failures to a bad government,money or some bad people in our lives orelse academic stature etc

✓However the Bible tells us the reason! lack of a vision

✓They are men created visions and God created visions

✓God was the first visionare and He put His vision in you

📒Pillar 1: The vision needs a bearer(carrier)
✓We are vision carriers but *not* vision owners( _God is the vision owner_ )

✓ Tragedy is when the vision carrier thinks they are the vision owners.

✓They tend to forget that the vision belongs to God but men just carry it.

📖Acts 26:19

✓The reason for this conference God wants to restore His position in our lives

✓It's not your marriage:it's God's project
They are not your children:they are God's.
You are just a vessel that God is using -its not yours!

_Qualities of a good vision bearer_
✓hard work
✓ persistency
✓a good fighter
✓ trustworthy
✓faithful

✓Visions from God attract not only positive energy but also negative ones so you must be a good fighter

✓Some people will hate you because of the vision God has put on your life

📖Genesis 37:2-10

✓Every vision has a vision killer
✓Even when Joseph was discouraged,He was persistent

✓we ought to be fighters (jealously guarding what the Lord has given us)

✓A good vision bearer ought to be faithful

📖Acts 13:22
Acts.13.22 - And when He had removed him, He raised up for them David as king, to whom also He gave testimony and said, "I *have found David the son of Jesse* , a man after My own heart, who will do all My will.'

✓A good vision bearer studies the mind of the vision owner and interpretes it until the glory goes back to the owner

When God said He had seen a man after His own heart It meant;He had seen a man who had understood His heart and had a burning for my will to be done

✓David was in a wrong position but with a heart after God's , the brothers were in a good position but their hearts not after God's so David had to be waited!
It's about the state of your heart -your motive

✓The annointing of God doesn't look at outside appearance but the stature of the heart

📖1Samuel 16:7

The act of finding comes after seeking
So when God said He found a man after His own heart...He first sought!! Even now He's seeking

✓If you become unfaithful with the vision God gave to you;;He can give it to someone else

✓Being God's number 1 choice doesn't make you God's only choice
It means if you play with a vision God can give it to someone else who will do it faithfully

✓You can be Elijah but Elisha is also there:stay humble

✓Some days will be bright and others dark
That's why Jacob however much he loved Joseph gave him a garment of many colors both bright and dark representing both dark and bright days

📖Acts 26:15.
Acts.26.16 - But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you *for this purpose* , to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you.

✓Our generation needs to shift from I to we

Invite people into what the Lord is telling you

✓Moses you are a starmarer but Aaron can help you

Jethro calls Moses and advises to choose elders to help him

✓Jesus (who was God) found an importance of including people in the vision then how about you!

✓Allow people to send in their ideas to your vision

✓ Moses goes to the mountain but Aaron and Ur would lift their hands in prayer!

✓Joshua you need Moses but Moses needs Hur too (we need each other)

📒📒📒A vision needs a strategic plan

✓A vision without a plan is a joke

✓Break the vision into small achievable goals

📒📒📒📒A good moral character and discipline
✓Character supports vision

✓Discipline is the Capacity of a man to create his own prison/limitation

📖1corinthians 10:23
1Cor.10.23 - All things are lawful for me, *but not all things are helpful* ; all things are lawful for me, but not all things edify.

✓ Not whatever is good is right for you.

✓Discipline is when you can choose only what to edify you

📖1peter 2:11
1Pet.2.12 - *having your conduct honorable* among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation.

✓Honor and respect are earned! Not faught for

✓Respect and honor are earned by your conduct

*SUNDAY 17/05/2026 AT ELSHADDAI TEMPLE BANDA*
*Theme : The person of the Holy Spirit*

When Jesus was leaving he said I will not leave you like orphans but I will send to you the Holy Spirit who will teach you in all truth.
It's like When a father is about to die or when he is embarking on a certain long journey

📖John.14.26 - But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

📖John.14.3 - And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

📖Rom.8.26 - Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. In our insufficiency, you would love to love but the flesh can not allow you, but the holy Spirit quickens us to do that which is good.

📖Rom.8.27 - And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

📘As believers we are ambassadors of God and whatever we need to accomplish that work here on earth, we came with that package here. As ambassadors we can not get worried of what you need.

📘The holy spirit searches the heart of God and knows why exactly brought you to church and so He enables you to pray in that line.
📘The holy spirit is God himself, the holy spirit is not something, He is God himself

📘Take an example, when iam at home, am a husband to my wife, a father to my children, but when iam at work, iam called a teacher, so all those names are given to one person, so the Holy spirit is God himself

📘When Jesus was leaving, he wasn't leaving but he was to send them himself in a person of the Holy Spirit.

📘Holy Spirit is the Jesus who is not limited in any aspect but everywhere, he is Omnipresent
✓He is God who is in us

📘As believers who believed, you were sealed with the holy spirit.
📖 Ephesians 4:30.

📖Ps.139.7 - Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
📖Ps.139.8 - If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
📖Ps.139.9 - If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
📖Ps.139.10 - Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
📖Ps.139.11 - If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.
📖Ps.139.12 - Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.

*What are the benefits of having the Holy spirit?*

📖1Cor.2.10 - But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
📖1Cor.2.11 - For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
📖1Cor.2.12 - Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

📘We are able to understand what God has freely given to us. 📘There are things God has given to you freely, but the Holy Spirit helps you to know, he reveals to you those things which are yours.

📖John.14.26 - But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

📒The Holy spirit teaches us all things

📒He aids us in prayer, because we don't know even what we are meant to pray for.

📒Using an illustration of a motorcycle, when the cyclist is starting it, he kicks it, then after it starting, the momentum just comes and the cyclist continues, so when when we come to the presence of God, it's a self effort , but when he starts working in you, momentum just comes and you start moving effortlessly.

📒He distributes gifts to us freely.

*Signs that you have allowed the Holy spirit work in you**

📒You receive the gift of speaking in other tongues
📖Acts 2:1-4

📒When we allow the Holy spirit ,He changes our hearts genuinely. There is genuine transformation on the inside of us.
📖Luke 19:1.
📒Zacchaeus got an inner transformation when he met Jesus, and he gave back to the poor.

📒There's a conviction to repentance, where you feel you want to change. For example when Peter denied Jesus, he went on and repented,
📒When David sinned, he went before the Lord and repented.
📖John 16:7-8
📒You get that inner discomfort when you sin

📒You begin to love differently
In the early church in the acts of the apostles, though they were not rich, they loved each other, they shared all that they heard amongst themselves. So you begin loving differently when you allow the person of the Holy spirit to work in you.

‎🪻We need to be serious with our eyes on God, there's an assurance about tomorrow

‎🪻The situation we are going through will never be permanent all it requires us is to put our eyes on God. The more you remove your eyes on God and you start to revise your own ways coz they taking you to destruction.
