VISION STATEMENT
JOIN HANDS Transformation Ministries exists to equip and empower individuals to become authentic Disciples of Christ, who would make authentic Disciples of Christ. JOIN HANDS Transformation Ministries was birthed in the womb of prayer, by the power of the Holy Spirit and with a passion to see persons have a genuine encounter with God. We shall, therefore, rely heavily on prayer an
d the Holy Spirit for the establishment of this ministry. The vision and guidance for this ministry shall be entirely dependent on the sovereignty of God and how he chooses to express Himself in and through us. JOIN HANDS Transformation Ministries has been established for the purpose of equipping and empowering individuals to become authentic Disciples of Christ. This shall be accomplished through the process of edification, exhortation and mentor ship, as well as by facilitating an environment where each one can experience God and be rooted in Christ and the New Covenant He established. A clear vision and mandate to assist with the end time harvest of souls for the Kingdom of God has been accepted. JOIN Hands Transformation Ministries is pastored by PR GEOFFREY LUBUNDUL together with his wife PR.FAITH NAKALEMA .PR. GEOFFREY LUBUNDULE entered into covenant with Christ in 2011 at age 30. Sensing a call to the Ministry, he enrolled in the DIVINE APOSTOLIC Ministries. He served faithfully at ROCK DELIVERANCE, and has been in full-time service there, for over 5 years. He has gained hands-on experience in practically every area ofthe ministry. JOIN HANDS Transformation Ministries shall integrate a home cell group system that would be the key catalyst for growth and discipleship. Other focus groups shall include ministry to children, youth, men, women, marriages and family. JOIN HANDS Transformation Ministries will become an internationally recognized multi-congregational ministry. To this end, our focus shall be on equipping and empowering the believers to rise up with a genuine passion for the work of the ministry and to identify committed leaders who are called to serve the Body of Christ in effective Five-fold Ministry.
