Interpret certain happenings in a spiritual way. Spiritual things are spiritually discerned and interpreted. There is this rampant gospel of underwater/underground, this has been greatly misconceived.
1 John 3:7-9
7Little children, let no one deceive you: The one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as Christ is righteous. 8The one who practices sin is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the very start. This is why the Son of God was revealed, to destroy the works of the devil. 9Anyone born of God refuses to practice sin, because God’s seed abides in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God.
John 8:44
You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out his desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, refusing to uphold the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, because he is a liar and the father of lies.
1 John 3:10 By this the children of God are distinguished from the children of the devil: Anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is anyone who does not love his brother.
So, those who practice evil are openly called children of Satan. They bear the mark of the beast because they have been engraved with the practice of evil. Riches is not necessarily a mark for evil, if one acquired the riches in an evil way then he belongs to Satan.
So if the Holy Spirit is in you, you have a seal and belonging to the kingdom of light.
Romans 8:16
The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children.
