A leader is not a position-holder but a glorified servant. Leadership is a statutory office but a service function. God doesn’t call leaders, He calls only servants and raises them to become leaders as they serve. Psalms 89:20; Isaiah 42:1-4; Exodus 3:1-4.
We are not accredited as leaders, we are certified servants.

What is prayer?
Prayer is a spiritual weapon by which you invoke divine intervention in a situation. Destiny is God's original plan for your future.
Paul & Silas - Acts 16:25-26
Elijah - James 5:17-18
Daniel- Daniel 6:10, 22

Prayers that change things
1. Pray from the heart. Many times we pray from the head.
I Samuel 1:13

Prayer from the heart, changes things on the earth
Jeremiah 17:10; Isaiah 38:1-2, 5
James 5:17-18

2. Prayer must be specific. Hannah was specific when asking for a son. Jesus asked blind Bartimeus (Mark 10:47).

3. Engage scriptures
Isaiah 41:21; 1 John 5:14
Every good thing is the will of God for you (Matthews 7:11).

4. Engage the help of the Holy Ghost
Romans 8:26; James 4:2
Learn to pray in the Holy Ghost.

5. The prayer of faith is what guarantees answers from the Lord.
Matthew 21:22
Pray believing (Mark 11:24).
No matter the situation of your life, God will rescue you on the prayer altar. God is too faithful to fail.
God will make you a proof of the liberation mandate.

IT'S POSSIBLE; JUST TURN TO GOD IN PRAYER .A turn to God in prayer is what turns destiny around.

It is never your turn to experience a turn around until you turn to God in prayer.

Prayer is a place of exchange of breakdown for breakthrough.

“For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and supply of the spirit of Christ.” Phil.1:19.

Prayer brings salvation. James 5:15, Psalms 34:6,17,19.

Prayer turns captivity. Genesis 32:24-29.

Prayer changes stories. 2 Chronicles 4:9,10.

Are you facing any challenge? Pray to turn it all around in your favor.

The Glory Experience

And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one (John 17:22).

The Lord Jesus made the remarkable statement above in His prayer to the Father for us, and we know God heard Him. Thus, we have the glory of Jesus. This is so profound!

The Bible says Jesus Christ is the effulgence of the Father’s glory, the express image of His Person (Hebrews 1:3). That’s exactly what we are today, for the Bible says we’re created in His image and in His likeness. You were born to be the glory of God.

Colossians 1:27 says Christ in you, the hope of glory; that doesn’t mean the glory is coming because Christ is in you. Rather, it means the glory has come because Christ is in you. Blessed be God! 2 Corinthians 3:18 explains that as we look at the glory of God in a mirror, we’re metamorphosed into the same image that we see; and the image we see is the glory of God. So, not only do we have the glory in us, we’re the glory of God.

No wonder our heavenly Father is called “the Father of glory”; the Church is the glory of God. That reflection; that glory that you see when you look into the mirror—the Word—is who you really are! You are not who people, your mother, your Ex, your haters say you are, but who you see through God's Word.

The revelations communicated to us in the New Testament are the reflections of your identity and glory in Christ Jesus. So, keep looking into the mirror of God; keep studying and meditating on the Word, and as you do, you’ll be constantly transfigured from glory to glory.

Even now, rejoice and declare, “I am the glory of God. I exude and manifest righteousness, excellence, and perfection today and always; my life is one of ever-increasing glory. Hallelujah!”

CONFESSION; Christ is my life, my righteousness, and my all! He’s made me all that He is, and given me all that He has! Now, I rejoice, knowing that I’m the outshining of His glory, because I’m a sharer of His life and nature of righteousness; I’m His perfection of beauty. Blessed be God forever!

Never skip or reduce your times of fellowship with the Lord for other things you might consider “important.” The wisdom, guidance and strength you need for success comes
from the Lord. Always remember that. When you have so much to do, that’s when you need to pray.

What Christmas is all about !!

It's important that we as Christians discipline ourselves not to get overwhelmed in the tidal wave of marketing and conception all ideas that cause people to get away from what Christmas is all about. There is no way you can really celebrate the real worth of Christmas and leave Christ out of the mass. He's everything to the story. It's not important whether he was actually born on the 25th or not. The reality is it's a historical fact and biblical fact he was here and he lived and he impacted. I don't know any other figure throughout all of history that has impacted the world like Jesus Christ.

Whether you accept him or reject him, believe in him or don't believe in him. I bet you heard of him. He left a mark on this world and they're still talking about who he is. 33 years on the earth. 3 years of ministry and in 3 years of ministry he revolutionized the world. There are things that he did before he ever began his ministry of three years. The Bible covers the story and birth of Jesus Christ to when he was 12 years old. From 12 years old to 30 is totally silent and says absolutely nothing about 18 years of his life. At age of 30 yokes up the mantel of ministry and ministers three years and at the end of three years he goes to the cross and pays the ultimate sacrifice because he was in fact, born to die.

But I submit to you brothers and sisters that Christ didn't wait until he was 30 to start giving us word and message. So the Bible says in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God. All things were made by him and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life and the life was the light of men and the light shined in the darkness and the darkness comprehended it not. A man sent from God, his name was John. He was not the light but he was sent to be witness of the light saying there's one who is coming after he who is mightier than I whose shoes I'm not worthy to latch. I indeed baptize you with water but he'll baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire. And finally crescendos and said he dwelt among us and we beheld his glory full of grace and truth / unconditional love and an absolute nature that doesn't change.

That's what Christmas is all about. The word was made flesh and dwelt among us. Sermons in the flesh. Physical sermons. Sermons that we can see.

Even as we celebrate Christmas, May you see the promises of God's word become flesh and reality to you even as we celebrate the birth of Our Lord !! May you see the glorious light of our living hope for salvation, good health and healing, provision, joy and peace, an experience of a deeper relationship with the Holy Spirit and manifestations of His Power that nothing will be impossible ...... Amen !!

Violet, I'll never get tired of celebrating the extraordinary woman you are. It's amazing to watch you embody the roles of a caring wife, a dedicated mother, a courageous leader, a savy businesswoman with such elegance, class, integrity, and sophistication. Your impact can be felt by everyone around you yet cannot be compared to the way you light up my world, you an incredible companion. Five years later, I am still smitten with you.
