A visit to Selanga family in Bondo, Siaya County.

The Selanga family holds a special place in the hearts of Dr. Osborn Muyanja and his entire ministry. Their bond began decades ago when Dr. Osborn first arrived in Nairobi; after his team departed, Mama Judith and her family graciously took him in. Years later, when Dr. Osborn’s wife, Mama Louis, fell gravely ill, Mama Judith demonstrated incredible devotion by mobilizing a prayer team in Nairobi to fast and pray for 40 days until her healing.

This recent reunion marks 20 years since they last met in Uganda in 2000. Throughout those years, the Selanga family has become a pillar of hospitality, often housing and assisting stranded travelers referred by the Doctor without hesitation. To honor this lifelong bond, having witnessed the birth and growth of all the Selanga children, Dr. Osborn and team recently held a special Sunday service on Easter Sunday at their home in Bondo Siaya county Kenya to celebrate the family and express their deepest gratitude.

Led to Lead: The Mandate of Spiritual Authority and Dependence

After His death and resurrection, Jesus ascended to heaven, declaring that all authority in heaven and on earth had been given to Him. In this divine exchange, He empowered His followers, commissioning us to cast out demons and heal the sick in His mighty name. This mandate confirms that we have been granted power over every work of the enemy; as His representatives, whatever we bind on earth is bound in heaven, allowing us to walk in the full authority of His victory.

Jesus departed so that the Holy Spirit could come, shifting our leadership from human strength to divine dependence. As leaders, our effectiveness relies entirely on the Holy Spirit’s guidance; it is impossible to lead others toward God's purpose unless we are first led by His Spirit. True ministry is not found in our own ability, but in our total reliance on the Counselor He sent to empower us.

Redeeming the Beginning: How the Resurrection Restores Humanity

Believers worldwide are celebrating this week as we remember the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. He came so that we may have life in abundance, turning the cross, which the enemy saw as a defeat, into the ultimate victory for our freedom and salvation.

His sacrifice restores humanity to the original grace of Genesis 1 and 2, overcoming the fall described in Chapter 3 and chaos that followed. Through His stripes, we were healed; it pleased God to let Him be bruised so that we could receive salvation and wholeness.

You were created in the image of God, designed to carry His attributes, ways, and character - Genesis 1:26-27. The Spirit of God made you - Job 32:4, and His breath gives you life. Salvation is God’s plan to restore you to this original design, so you can reflect Him to the world. The Holy Spirit is your inner leader, listen to Him, obey Him, and you will walk in the fullness of your purpose - Revelation 3:6. Before the foundations of the earth, God already had a plan for your life, and Jesus’ sacrifice made your restoration possible - John 1:29.

You are the visible expression of the invisible God -1 John 1:16, called to manifest His glory in your family, community, and beyond - Isaiah 60:1. Success and provision flow when the Spirit leads, because your life becomes a living testimony of God’s power - Psalm 24:1. The world may speak around you, but trust God’s report of who you are. The Holy Spirit equips you to execute your calling, live in purpose, and shine His light boldly, because the Spirit of God made you, and His
breath gives you life - Isaiah 8:18.

Hosted by Evangelist Osborn Muyanja (Uganda) with special guests Bishop Joel Chola (Kenya) and Evangelist John Magangi (Kenya).
