*The Spirit o Power, Love and Sound mind*
2 Timothy 1: 7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
Our God is such a loving God that he has given to us freely and availed with us everything that we need to live a life of success
As a follower of our lord Jesus and his child. He has given us an excellent spirit, which I believe the same Daniel demonstrated, in the Babylonian kingdom, in the Days of Nebuchadnezzar; that is the Spirit of power, love and sound mind.
Paul was admonishing his son Timothy with such great words of exaltation, to help him run well the race as a faithful steward of the things partaining to the kingdom of God by virtue of the high call he had received in Christ Jesus
The Spirit of power would be demonstrated through his unstoppable pursuit to fulfil the great commission in the work of ministry, under any circumstance, by life or death, in good and bad times, with many or alone and also be able to stand against all the wiles of the enemy.
The Spirit of love would be needed to do the work of ministry with a pure heart, without selfish ambition, in pure conscience, but pleasing he that sent him. It's impossible to serve God without love, for God is love himself. Because of love he sent His own son Christ Jesus to die for humanity.
Power without love is dangerous, coz it's easy to error or mess up with the grace bestowed upon us
The Spirit of sound mind would be demonstrating in rightfully discerning what is good from what is bad. At all times, at all cost, we must be sound. Another word for sound should be sober, which is opposite being drunk.
With a sound mind, you are in position to judge between good and evil, you are able to do the rightful decision. Are able to excecute duties with no or minimum mistakes or even failure
