THEME: NEW HEART AND NEW SPIRIT
TEXT : EZEKIEL 36:26

INTRODUCTION
And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.

What does it take to change man? Many in modern society say man simply needs political change, or to change his environment. But, in this sermon on Ezekiel 36:26, BUT am says that Scripture gives us a very different answer. For in Scripture, man’s greatest need is not that he should become wealthy or emotionally fulfilled. Man’s greatest need is to be made right with God. For all men are naturally born with a sin-hardened and corrupted heart. We desire sin continually and reject God and his ways. This cannot be remedied by shallow and external change, but it requires true change. What is this change? According to the prophet Ezekiel, it is a change brought about by God granting a new heart to sinners. This is when God miraculously changes men from sinners to children of God. This wholly new orientation frees men from the bo***ge of sin and immorality, and gives them new desires for what is righteous, beautiful, and good. This is the free gift of salvation for all who believe in Jesus Christ.

CONCLUSION
I want to asks this question, do you have this new heart? Or are you still trapped in sin and darkness?

THEME: WHAT DOES GOD THINK OF ME?
TEXT: TITUS 3:1-8

INTRODUTION:
Let me ask you a question: Do you ever wonder what people think about you? Do you even care? To some extent, most of us do care what others think of us. Now, let me ask you another question:

Has anyone ever told you what they think about you? When they do, you are often sorry they did. There have been times, when a person told me just what they thought of me, and I was glad they did.

Today, I want to look at this matter from a spiritual perspective. If you were to ask Satan what he thinks about you, he would probably say, “You are a failure!” If you asked society what they think of you, they might say, “You are a fool!”

If you asked yourself, that is, your own heart, self might say, “You are a fake!” Have you ever heard these things? Many have and on a daily basis!

But, does it really matter what Satan, society and self think about you and me? No! All that really matters, in the end, is what God thinks about us.

Paul is writing to Titus, a young Pastor on the island of Crete. In chapter two he wrote about how believers should behave in the church. In this chapter, he talks about how believers should behave in society.

Paul calls on Titus to “put them in mind” about certain things. He wants the saints to remember who they are in Jesus Christ; what they have in Jesus Christ; what God has done in them through Jesus Christ ; and what God expects of them as believers in Jesus Christ .

GOD THINKS YOU ARE PRECIOUS
Satan says, “God doesn’t care about you at all.” God says something completely different. These verses teach us that God loves us more than we can possibly understand.

If you need evidence that you are precious to the Lord, then look no farther than Calvary! You don’t need a feeling, just look to the cross! Look away to Jesus Christ as He dies on the cross for your sins, 2 Cor. 5:21, and know that you are special to the Lord.

He loved you and that is the reason for the awful death of Jesus Christ. The cross says, “I love you! You are special to Me!”

The Energy Of His Love – What did this wonderful love of God do for us? Part of the answer is found in the word “but”

God knew what we were. He saw us with all our sins and our baggage, yet He still chose to “butt” into our lives and save us by His grace. The “but” in Eph. 2:4 and the “but” in Luke 15:22, the prodigal deserved judgment, but received mercy!

He cleansed us from the defilements of our sins (washing). He made a new creature out of us (regeneration).

And, He placed His Spirit within us to lead us deeper in Him day by day (renewing).

God did all of this with no help from us! Our works, our religion, our efforts cannot save us, they only compound the problem!

God’s love for us was not the love of a secret admirer. No! He loved us so much that He went to work to see us saved. Satan will tell you that God doesn’t love you all; the evidence says something quiet different! The evidence says that you are precious in His eyes!

God sees us exactly as we really are, but He loves us anyway! God Thinks You Are Precious

First, you can be sure that you will reap what you sow, Gal. 6:7-8.

Second, you can be sure that God will bring His chastisement into your life, Heb. 12:6-12.

You might be saved and forgiven as far as Heaven and eternity is concerned; but there will are earthly consequences for our sinful actions.

The Lord is always with me, Heb. 13:5; Matt. 28:20.

The Lord has promised to meet all my needs, Phil. 4:19; Matt. 6:25-34.

He cares about all that I face in life, Heb. 4:15. He listens to me when I pray, Heb. 4:16.

He sees us like we are, yet He loves us. He sees us as He has made us. And, He sees us as we will be someday.

We are a precious people. He saved us by His grace, apart from any works at all; He has made us a perfect people. He blesses us in marvelous ways and promises us a home in Heaven some day; we are a privileged people.

Just the way you carry yourself day by day is a powerful witness to the world around you. As you live for the Lord and demonstrate His love and grace, you are allowing Him to live through you and God uses that to touch hearts. A disciplined, holy life is a power tool in the hand of the Lord, Matt. 5:16.

If He can use a murderer named Moses; a blasphemer named Saul of Tarsus; an adulterer named David; a rebel named Jonah; or a loudmouth like Simon Peter, then He can use you. If you will do what He tells, your life will be a life of immense profit for the Kingdom of God!

Satan might tell you it isn’t true; your flesh might try to stand in your way; but God saved you knowing what you were and what you were capable of becoming by His power. He saved you to use you and He will use you because He sees what He can do through you for His glory.

CONCLUSION:
So, what does God think of you? He thinks you are Precious; Perfect; Privileged and Profitable. That’s how He sees you. What do you need to do in your life to line up with His vision of you? Has He shown you that there is room for improvement in your walk with Him and your work for Him? If so, get to Him and deal with that today.

The things I have mentioned today are only true if you are saved. What does God think of you if you are not saved? He thinks you are in trouble. He thinks you are living a dangerous life. He looks at you with love and knows that there is a way out. There is hope for you if you will come to Jesus and be saved. If you will, He will think all the wonderful things I have shared today, and more. Isn’t that what you want too? May God bless you and Shine upon you .

Yours faithfully servant

THEME: THE STORY OF JESUS CHRIST CALMS THE STORM

TEXT : MATHEW 8:23-27, MARK 4:35-41,LUKE 8:22-25.

INTRODUCTION:
Once upon a time Jesus had preached to a crowd gets in a boat the disciples follow him and Jesus says that they will go to the other side of the lake.As they traveled across the sea of Galilee a great windstorm occurred that there was water coming into their boat. While this was going on Jesus was asleep in the stern. The disciples proceeded to wake up Jesus and tell him what was going on.
They wake him up letting him know they are in danger and perishing because of the storm. Jesus then got up and rebukes the wind and the waves and they stop.
He said to them, ‘Where is your faith?’ And they were afraid, and they marveled, saying to one another, ‘Who then is this, that he commands even winds and water, and they obey him?’

SUMMARY
What is the importance of this story to us today. It is incredible to see the peace that Jesus had in this situation and the complete turmoil that the disciples were in.

Throughout Jesus’ ministry, we can be reminded that he faced the same earthly struggles as us, but his trust in the father is complete, we should strive in that direction, being able to rest in the Lord as Jesus did in the boat.

Jesus’ nature of being 100% God and 100% man, is made clear in this story. We see him needing rest as any person would and His divinity as he calms the storm. The disciples choose fear before they choose faith, but today we have the opportunity to choose faith over fear.Even in the small things in life we can have the assurance that God is in control. We can resonate with the disciples in this situation, there are moments we would have faith and not be worried, but there have all been times we choose fear over faith.

I encourage the Christians keep on knowing what you do during a storm, when things get of control trust in God power beacuse in the moment of despair, Jesus come in and will calm the storm/ situation you are in .Jesus Christ will ask where is your faith don't need miracale when your faith is not working ,

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
We don’t want to forget that God is there, and he does know all and have all power. He is in control even when everything seems out of control.
There are many ways in which we can grow in our relationship with God which will help us to increase in our faith and trust in God in times of trouble.

Scripture memory can help us remember God’s promises to us. The disciple forgot what Jesus had spoken to them, He had told them they were going to cross to the other side, but in the middle of the storm, they forgot.

We do not want to forget the words God speaks to us. Guard His Word in your heart.

Find passages and verses that speak to you and encourage you, then when you need to remember what God has to say to you, you will know.

Spending time with God and in his word should be a daily occurrence, his word will give us strength and wisdom for each day. Just like a relationship you may have with a person you need to put time and effort to improve and grow the relationship.

Having a conversation will build your relationship in any area, and that includes building your relationship with God. A conversation with God includes prayer, being still, and reading the Bible.

Prayer is a time for you to talk to God and bring your requests and thanksgiving before him. Exercising your faith in God starts with praying and trusting God with your everyday needs big or small. It is amazing to pray and see God work in amazing ways.

When Jesus calms the storm in the New Testament, we are encouraged today that God is also with us in the middle of storms of life.

Today, as disciples of Christ, we should also strive to spend time with God and grow in our relationship, and trust in Him.
May God bless you as you read this story .

Have blessed Sunday

THEME : TIME OF VISITATION:
TEXT: LUKE 19: 41-42 CORINTHIANS 6:2

Summary: As Jesus approached Jerusalem for the last time before His crucifixion, He wept over the city.

INTRODUCTION
As Jesus Christ approached the city of Jerusalem for the last time before His crucifixion and resurrection, Jesus wept over it.

The Greek word for weeping means intense sobbing. It is the kind of weeping that suddenly seizes you that you lose control and cry out loud, like a child. Jesus wept over the city because the people weren't ready to receive Him. They claimed to love God but rejected His salvation.

He was weeping over the tragedy of a lost opportunity. The people of Jerusalem and other Jews that were in the city for the Passover missed the opportunity to be saved from both earthly and eternal damnation.

Jesus was weeping because He is not willing that any should perish. But they rejected His salvation! The Messiah came to their city, but they would not accept Him! By rejecting Jesus, the people of Jerusalem rejected God’s visit. The city of David missed her day of divine visitation. Jesus’ tears flowed over the consequences of their decision.

When Jesus came to His people, they rejected Him. He was from the tribe of Judah and the House of David, the beloved King of Israel. Yet they deliberately chose a criminal over Him. Jesus wept because He can see ahead to what will happen to the beloved Jerusalem.

The name "Jerusalem" means City of peace." But peace has eluded the city for ages. The Romans slaughtered thousands. Thousands more were enslaved, and others were dispersed to arenas throughout the Roman Empire to be hunted for the amusement of the public. The magnificent Temple was destroyed by the Romans as Jesus had prophesied. Not one stone was left upon another, and the city was burned to the ground.

TIME OF VISITATION:
Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, For He has visited us and accomplished redemption for His people," Luke 1:68.

He who has the Key of David was standing right in front of them, and they missed it. For centuries, they cried out for peace, but when the Prince of Peace came, they rejected Him. Right from the time of prophets Isaiah, Daniel, and Micah, His ministry was foretold. The Jews should have been anticipating, ready and prepared for Jesus' coming. But when He finally showed up, they did not believe Him.

Divine visitation is when divinity brings us into a personal encounter with His presence and/or power. When God decides to visit a person, group or nation, He can come directly; or indirectly by sending His servants. Such visitations are always for a purpose. Divine visitation will lead to a turning point. It brings joy to those in need. Divine visitation brings fulfilment of prophecies. No individual, family, organisation, church or nation will encounter a divine visitation and remain the same.

CONCLUSION:
Do you need a divine visitation today, this month, this year?Everyone has a time of visitation. Are you hungry for an encounter with the Messiah?
Have you been like Jerusalem, avoiding His presence?
Have you grown cold toward the Lord?

In Revelation chapter three verse twenty, Jesus says He’s already at the door of your life ready to visit you. He wants to come in and transform you. The Son of God wants to come in and change your life. But if the door of your heart and life is not open to Him you will miss your seasons of divine visitation.

So why not open wide the door of your heart to Jesus today, so He can come in and visit you with His salvation, deliverance, healing, restoration and full redemption package. Has God been calling you to respond to the call to ministry? Heed the call. To some, it's a time to get closer to the Lord. Don't delay! Nobody has forever to respond. This is your season of divine visitation! Today's your day of salvation. Respond to the call of salvation now for you don’t know what tomorrow may hold. Be saved before it's too late.

DAY OF SALVATION:
For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation." 2 Corinthians 6:2.

Today's your day. Acknowledge your sin. Ask for forgiveness, and trust Him as your Savior. Tomorrow may be too late. You don't have forever to respond. Accept Jesus' invitation today. Kindly say this prayer: O LORD, I come to You. I know I am a sinner, forgive me. Jesus, from today, I accept You as the LORD of my life. Change my heart from a disobedient heart to a heart that will obey You. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, write my name in the Book of Life, and make me brand new in Jesus' name. Amen!

Thanks ,happy Sunday.
