BLOOD IS THICKER THAN WATER
Shalom, blessed day to you all in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. There is a common African adage that, blood is thicker than water. Implying that, despite the fact that we can have misunderstandings as siblings, "But" incase of attack or a fight with an enemy, we first put our differences a side and first deal with the enemy and remember our misunderstandings later.
I have plainly seen this amongst the moslems community; you can't beat a moslem when another is simply watching, one's problem and attack becomes another. No wonder you can't make a joke or mockery of their prophet, they will burn or hunt you down. Contra to our Christians; prophets and all other anointed servants of God are considered under water agents or devil worshippers, Jesus name is used for comedy in shows.
So where is our Christian brotherhood, where is the blood is thicker than water in the Christians?
1 Corinthians 6:20 "For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are Godโs."
As Christians the price of the blood of Jesus Christ seals us as brothers and sisters of Jesus, adopted children of God with our spirits crying out Abba Father. Why are we not fighting for our fellow brethren? Infact the down fall of one Christian is a mockery, joy and comedy of other Christians, where is the love? When shall Christians start fighting for fellow Christians?
We have to change our mentality and unite, it's time we put a side denomination differences and stand as one body of Christ bought by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. I pray the Grace to intercede for each other as Christians fall upon the reader and listener of this message in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
