Most leaders fail when pride replaces humility, responsibility is avoided, and character is compromised “Pride goes before destruction” (Proverbs 16:18). They avoid correction and truth, though “faithful are the wounds of a friend” (Proverbs 27:6), and neglect developing others despite being called to equip people, not control them (Ephesians 4:11–12). Poor self-control and unclear vision also lead to collapse, for “where there is no vision, the people perish” (Proverbs 29:18), and “whoever cannot rule his own spirit is like a city broken down” (Proverbs 25:28).

Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6).

He is the Way — guiding us back to God when we are lost.
He is the Truth — unchanging, faithful, and reliable in a world full of confusion.
He is the Life — giving hope, purpose, and eternal life to all who believe in Him.

A Word of Encouragement to my Youth

Young people, listen closely: greatness is never born in comfort. Every man or woman who has ever risen to purpose walked through seasons of struggle, loneliness, and sacrifice. I stand here today as someone who came from far not just in distance, but in pain, in battles, in hidden tears, and in private victories. I paid the price, and if God carried me through, He would carry you too.

You may feel behind.
You may feel unnoticed.
You may feel like your life is moving slowly.

But hear this: Your journey is not a mistake. God is shaping you, preparing you, strengthening you for a future greater than what you see now.

Don’t despise your small beginnings.
Don’t compare your path with others.
Don’t give up because the road is rough.

Diamonds are formed under pressure. Gold is purified in fire. And destinies are crafted in secret rooms of endurance.

Stay faithful.
Stay teachable.
Stay prayerful.
Stay focused.

Your story will inspire many. Your pain will produce power. Your discipline today will become your testimony tomorrow.

And when God lifts you, lift others. When you rise, pull someone up. When you succeed, remain humble because the same God who brought you from far will take you even further.

Young people, your future is bright. Refuse to quit.
The price you pay today becomes the platform God will use tomorrow.

Keep going.
Keep believing.
Keep becoming.
