Peaple have different hearts categorised as; Hard hearts, soft - hard hearts, soft - weak hearts and soft - strong hearts. God easily uses peaple with soft hearts which are also strong because they easily obey His word and do not fear challenges and problems of life. A good example Apostle Paul.

It is good to remember and celebrate His birthday because He was born for us to be redemed from our sins. But you have to put this also in the mind; In 1cor 11:24 - 26, according to Apostle Paul, Jesus took bread, gave thanks, broke it and distributed it to His disciples to eat. He said, "this is my body broken for you, do this in REMEMBERANCE of Me." The same applied to the cup of wine; gave thanks and said to them; " this is my new convenant of blood, this do as often as you drink it, in REMEMBERANCE of Me." For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes. Thus, Jesus never urged us to REMEMBER His birth but His death on the cross. And remembering His death begins from the time He was given stripes and His body was crushed and blood poured out for the many. For that was the point our sins begun to be washed away.

You and I are the most unlikely people that God could use to outwork his purposes on the earth. Yet, we are exactly who he uses. It doesn’t make sense. It’s not deserved. It’s not earned. It’s just his way. I am so grateful for a God who does extraordinary things through very ordinary people. Dare to believe God wants to use you. Dare to trust he will open doors for you. Dare to have the faith to step out and find out. Dare to live an enormously fruitful life for the glory of God. We only have one life, let’s make it count!

Because Christmas involves giving and serving, it reminds us of the One who came to serve and give Himself to the world. When we remember what He has done for us, we are reminded to do the same for others.

Christmas can be a maze of commercialism if we let it. Instead, let’s make it a moment of clarity in which we view our sometimes confusing and threatening world against the backdrop of God’s gift to us: The Prince of Peace who was announced by angels on that original “midnight clear.”
