*Put your faith to work.*
*LUKE 6:10*

Faith is intangible and experienced only in the heart of man, it can only be seen, known and made visible when a person of faith takes action in line with the faith he or she has. Until you give action to your faith it will not be profitable to you. ”For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.” (James 2:26).
It is possible that the man with the withered hand had known about the miraculous power of Jesus. His healing came when Jesus asked him to stand up in the midst of the Pharisees on a sabbath day and he obeyed Jesus. Then Jesus commanded him to stretch forth his hands to be healed and he obeyed Jesus when it was not lawful to do so.
