LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLE 3 - ENLARGE.
All leaders share the dream of building bigger and going higher. It is therefore paramount for the leader to build himself and ENLARGE. We cannot lead bigger organizations, ministries, teams or businesses as we do the small ones or lead leaders as do followers. ENLARGE means building more skills, accommodating different opinions, getting more humble, reviewing and redefining our approaches and committing more to Learn. @ Inspiring For a GreaterLife from my readings Files Pringle.
