John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, [even] the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

Surely . . .

Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. (Isa. 53:4-6)

These are some of the most beautiful words ever written. The Spirit of God inspired Isaiah and revealed the depth of God’s love for man, a love so profound that it was willing to give His Son (and the Son was willing to give Himself) in order to restore us to our original place in Him.

Jesus understood our grief, sickness, pain and trauma. He understood the devastating power of sin that has created darkness and suffering for humanity. Not only did He understand, He came to walk among us and demonstrate His love and compassion for the hurting.

But He didn’t come only to see and touch man’s need, He came to take upon Himself the curse of our separation from God and all its manifestations. He took the iniquity of every person on earth, every person who would ever be conceived. He took our physical pain and sicknesses. He took our depression, sadness and fears. He took the full weight of every curse of sin. In fact, He became a curse and He became sin as He hung on the cross.

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. (Mt. 11:28)

The invitation is for all. Rest and peace are for all. Healing is for all. Deliverance from every trauma and grief is for all. Jesus did this for you.

The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord. (Luke 4:18-19)

Take time to let your spirit feed on these verses. Hear Him speaking. See Him healing you. Let Him restore you and give you life, peace and joy. That is the gospel.

PRAYER:* Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. I know that You have great and marvellous plans for my life. Lord help my heart, examine it and help that part which relates with you. There is no life worth living except that which you give me. It is eternal, purposeful, redeeming, defining and transforming. Cause me to break before you, to be available for you, all the days of my life, to pay every cost that I may decrease so You increase, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

TIME IS TREASURE

Time is a treasure. Until you value yourself, you won't value your time. Until you value your time, you will not do anything with it. The difference from where I am to where I ought to be is time management. Time is the platform to execute purpose.

Your time is more valuable than your money; you can get more money, but you can't get more time. Don't just prioritize what's on your schedule but most importantly, schedule your priorities. Refuse to major on the "minors" of life.

Be picky and selective with whom and with what you invest your time in; wasted time is worst than wasted money. Your future is decided by what you choose to do with your time.

*Genesis 31:12 (KJV):* And he said, Lift up now thine eyes, and see, all the rams which leap upon the cattle are ringstraked, speckled, and grisled: for I have seen all that Laban doeth unto thee.

*THE GOD WHO SEES ALL*

Our God, the Almighty and Loving Father sees all. Nothing in your life escapes His piercing eye.

This in itself is a source of great comfort and assurance.

You may pass through very difficult circumstances, suffering injustice at the hands of another without cause and wonder if the God you believe sees all this.

Jacob once stood in the exact place you may be at the moment.

In Genesis 31, we see the extent of the unfairness he was subjected to by Laban including the fact that his wages were changed ten times because Laban was a serial liar.

This notwithstanding, the Lord says in the NLT translation of our theme scripture ‘I have seen how Laban has treated you.’

Some people in Jacob’s shoes lose heart and judge God foolishly. God’s silence does not mean He has turned a blind eye to how people mistreat you or malign your character. He does not expect you to put on an avenger’s cloak and retaliate. You do not need to sharpen your tongue against your accusers either.

Hold your peace. God is about to amaze you. He is going to plead your cause and mark you with a glory that cannot be questioned. Hallelujah!

*GOLDEN NUGGET:* God’s silence does not mean He has turned a blind eye to how people mistreat you or malign your character. Hold your peace. God is about to amaze you. He is going to plead your cause and mark you with a glory that cannot be questioned.

*PRAYER:* Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. I know that You care and love me unconditionally. I am my Father’s child and this is my Father’s world. You fight for me Lord. Today, I rest in You knowing that You always handle my situations beautifully, Amen.

GODS LOVE
Romans 8:35-39
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written,
“For your sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.”
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord

The joy of the Lord is your strength. The more you submit to human emotions of doubt and sadness, the worse things will get. You must take charge of your heart and get proactive in praise. Think of Paul and Silas in prison. They praised God while in chains, and the chains fell off and the doors opened. Choose to conceive the victory in your hearts while you fellowship with God. Faith will arise from fellowship.

YOU ARE GODS BEST

Anything that keeps you from growing is not worth defending or keeping. Your limits to success are defined by the agreement you've made about what's possible. Change that agreement and you can dissolve all these limits.

Self-worth cannot be verified by others. You're worthy to be successful. Picture yourself living a successful life. If you depend on others for your value, it is "other-worth." You can be successful, you can let the best in you come out. You can be the best of you and live an extraordinary life. Refuse to let anybody demean you. You are God's best.

DO NOT FOCUS ON WHOM TO BLAME

Those who make excuses don't make progress. Your future is being created by what you're doing. You are unique and different from everyone, stop comparing yourself with others. Your path is different, and you were given this life because you are strong enough to live it. Don't lose hope! You are stronger than whatever you are facing right now! The power behind taking responsibility for your actions lies in putting an end to negative thought patterns.

Don't dwell on what went wrong or focus on whom to blame; never sacrifice who you are for what you want. Don't waste time building roadblocks to your success; yesterday doesn’t define you, but let it prepare you for what is ahead. Your life is what you make of it! You can't think like a slave and live like a king.

Whenever your life is occupied by negative thoughts, it creates negative emotions which produce stress, depression and sadness but every man would have listen to his deeper person inside who always says you are my beloved now everything is him
2 Corinthians 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; you are his beloved, he paid the price.

LIFE OF CHANGE

The battles that count aren’t the ones for gold or money. The battles within yourself–the inner conflicts–that’s where it’s at. No matter who you are today, you can always change for the better.

You can't expect to draw people into your life who are kind, loving, confident and generous if you are thinking and acting in cruel, weak, and selfish ways. You must put forth what you want to attract.

Many have insulted and turned away people that were divinely placed on their path and orchestrated to help them fulfill their destiny. Build good relationships with others. We are in a partnership with all other human beings, not a contest to be judged better than others and worse than others. Treat people with respect and courtesy. You can easily measure the character of a man by the way he treats and talks to others.

FAITH GETS THE LORD’S ATTENTION -

📖“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (HEBREWS 11:1).

Matthew 15:21-28 tells us the story of a Canaanite woman who wanted a miracle for her daughter and came to Jesus. She cried, “Master, have mercy on me; my daughter is terribly sick and oppressed by the devil.” The Bible records that Jesus didn’t give her any attention. As the woman got importunate, the disciples of Jesus came to Him and urged him to send her away, because she kept crying after them.

Perhaps she realized that her crying wasn’t going to change anything; the Bible says, “Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me” (Matthew 15:25). When she did, it got the Master’s attention and He attended to her. He commended her faith and granted her request, for her worship was an act of faith. Her daughter was gloriously healed from that very hour.

When we worship the Lord, we get His attention. It is not our complaining or longevity of our problems that gets His attention; it is our faith; and worship is an act of faith. God is moved neither by the flesh, nor by long weeks of crying. He is only moved by the response of the human spirit, and faith is the response of the human spirit to the Word of God. Sometimes, people think God should respond to them because they have been “good.” They would say, “Lord, I’m a good person; why then am I going through this situation?”

God isn’t moved by your situation or by the fact that you are good. The Bible doesn’t say, “Without goodness, it’s impossible to please God”; it says, “But without faith it is impossible to please him” (Hebrews 11:6). You are to respond with your spirit to the Word; that is what gets His attention. Faith does not complain. Faith does not beg.

Faith insists on, and maintains the integrity of the Word. Faith is acting on the Word, refusing to stagger or give up in the face of staggering opposition. That is what gets God’s attention.
