*MUTUAL RESPECT*

_In accordance to partnership, one of the major keys that will help establish and strengthen it is *mutual respect._*

Mutual respect is a state of treating other people with dignity and recognising their value.

One tends to develop a feeling of deep admiration for other people and their unique qualities.

There is an expectation of being tolerant or behaving with tolerance to accept other people's differences irrespective of their strengths and weaknesses.

Jesus lived a life of mutual respect to his disciples irrespective of the fact that he knew their weaknesses.

For example
After Jesus had assured peter that he had prayed for him not to be taken up for destruction by satan, Jesus further foretold peter of his denial;

_Luke 22:33 And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death._

_Luke 22:34 And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the c**k shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me._

Even after the Lord knowing of this denial, the Lord still tolerated him and believed in him. The Lord knew that peter is the right leader irrespective of his weaknesses.

Honor your partners in ministry irrespective of what their weaknesses are. Who knew what their tomorrow . will look like.

Could it be that the Lord might pick them up and place them first forward to lead you??

Mutual respect is indeed required of us in all aspects of life.

Child of God, do not be driven by small incidences that might block your vision to see the greatness of someone tomorrow.

*THE CHOSEN ONES OF GOD*

*_Ephesians 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:_*

As God was planning for the establishment of the world, you and I were in the Original blue print plans of God. Isn't it wonderful.

The Lord chose us before time began. For He (God) is the ancient of days as it is written in *Isaiah 43:13* that " *_Yea, before the day was I am he;..."*_

He spoke to Jeremiah 1:5 and said _, "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations._

This is how precious you are as a child of the Most high God, he says in *Romans 8:29* " _For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren._

The Lord speaks to moses in *Deuteronomy 7:6* _For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth._

This was a specific assurance for the children of Israeli, but i want to thank God for the original plan He had for the whole world that he may have the people as his own. And that is the reason for the sacrifice, the blood, the laying down of the life of His only begotten son, Jesus christ, the one who is the mediator between man and God to the reconciliation of the once lost relationship.

Today we have the assurance as it is written in *Romans 10:12* _For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him._

Child of God, God finished you, that is why he knew your end from the beginning. Instensify your relationship and choose to be chosen because you belong to the eternity of the eternal Father.

*THE PREPARATIONS OF THE SPIRIT*

Psalm 139:15-16 TPT *_You even formed every bone in my body when you created me in the secret place, carefully, skillfully shaping me from nothing to something._*
*_You saw who you created me to be before I became me! Before I’d ever seen the light of day, the number of days you planned for me were already recorded in your book._*

*Every child of God is prepared by the Spirit of the Lord God in everything they do.*

As we learn about how the Spirit prepares us for the good work, it's important to carry the understanding that he is preparing you to walk in what is already existent.

With this understanding, we can be able to access and get to know what we really need to know, what we have to do and not to do before entering into any field of operation. This can be in business or church ministry because it has been given to us to know the mysteries and carry the spirit of revelation.

God through His Holy Spirit has placed within us an inner witness who speaks and convicts us and causes us to follow the right pathway and this is His Spirit.

God shapes you from nothing to something through preparation by the Holy Spirit and the word because He (God) carries the blueprint of our life which he follows and wants us to follow as we exercise our way through those things He put in us.

As a way of preparing us, God recreated us in Christ with purpose that we walk in the paths He planned for us long time ago. (Ephesians 2:10 [AMP])

It is foolishness to want to serve God and at the same time have no relationship with His word. It is in the word that he put every tool you need to know, it is in the word you'll find life for your business and ministry.

Without the Word and the Spirit in the believer's stages of preparation, a believer cannot be equipped and is not complete for the work of ministry.

*THAT HE MAY INCREASE*

John 3:30-31
*_He must increase, but I must decrease. He who comes from above is above all; he who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all._*

Our theme scripture highlights a prayer almost every minister has prayed before they begin to preach! I often wonder if they mean what they pray or if they understand it.
Some have copied it from others and have not genuinely understood how we disappeared or how we let Christ increase in us and on earth.

But this is the reality of the truth,

You cannot keep on appearing and being full of yourself even in the secret and then claim or pray to disappear when you come before people. You cannot disappear when you come before people if all you have been doing is Spiritually disconnecting, it is in the secret where we learn to allow God to appear, we carry His presence from the secret to bring it before people. God's appearance in and through us is not something we experience in a-one-time prayer moment, it's something we achieve through a continuous discipline of abiding.

Moses prayed in Exodus 33:15 and said, *_“If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here."_*

A man should be disciplined enough to hear God but must also be disciplined enough to know His presence and not to go without it.

Why should you continue to go without an assurance of His increase within and upon you and then be convinced you will ask Him to catch up with you?

As we abide with the Lord, our weaknesses dissolve then His perfect grace increase, you won't need to ask that we disappear because we already know His presence and can sense it.

If you feel yourself with soccer, watching movies and getting lost in your own business, the good news is you will appear and even stay after you ask Him to increase, this is because there is no room for Him in you.
