2 Kings 4: 28
' Did I ask you for a son, my Lord?' she said. ' Didn't I tell you," Don't raise my hope. NIV

THEME ; WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE TO THE STORM

Hallelujah child of God. Praise be to God for the Grace of today. I would like to share from the experience the Shunemite went through.
Before Elisha went to her , she was barren yet the husband was of age. Later on, God remembered her and she bore a baby boy by God's word spoken through Elisha
What seemed to be joy soon turned into sorrow and disappointment when the boy suddenly died. This would not have been a concern to me but the greatest concern was the speech after her son's death. Then she said ' Did I ask for a son ,my Lord? And didn't I say don't deceive me and get my hopes up? NLT)

The above statement is often made by many of us in Life questions such as;
- did I tell you to prophesy wealth upon my life and my business is stuck
- did I ask for a minister for a husband ? My children don't even have a moment with their father.
- did I ask you to save me? Temptations are overwhelming me.
- did I ask for a ministry? I am being persecuted day and night.

Well, the message I have for you is that Isaiah 49:15 surely a woman may forget her child in the market but your God who called you us faithful and will never leave nor forsake you. So stop blaming and instead glorify God.

Devotional

Exodus 3:5
Don't come close any closer the Lord warned " take off your sandals for you are standing on the holy ground. ( NLT)

Theme; REMOVE THE SHOE.

Praise the Lord child of God. Today I would like to share from the book of Exodus 3:5 a profound scripture in the Bible that many people losely interpret as a mere removal of shoes for worship.
It is alleged that the moslems got the idea of removing shoes from the above scripture.

On the contrary I would like to bring it to our notice that it is beyond just that.

Each one of us, at the time when we confessed Christ as our Lord and savior. His hands were open to welcome us home . Luke 15:17-23

There was a great mission Moses was mandated to accomplish but he had to first remove his sandals to encounter with the Lord.

Likewise before you get excited about ministry and going to heaven, be ready to remove the shoes that are going to slow down your movement as stated below;
- shoes of hate
- shoes of compromise
- shoes of greed
- shoes of hypocrisy
- shoes of discrimination
- shoes of vengeance
- shoes of religion
- shoes of double standard
- shoes of gossip
- shoes of witchcraft
- shoes of the prejudice

The list is long. God bless you.

Jeremiah 1:10
See today I appoint you over Nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to over throw, to build and plant.

THEME: THE DIVINE MANDATE

As a Christian and a child of God by Divine powers we were mandated and called by the supreme being not as people that live and die but for Divine reason to wage a spiritual war against the principalities which later manifest physically as started in the above scripture.

The pheobia with Christians today they entrust their livehood into the hands of " the men of God" a thing that has made the devil to boast above and ruling over them.

The awakening stateiof your faith this day is before the foundation of the earth were set you were ordained to come upon the earth to fulfill the sixth Divine mandate upon the earth as in Jeremiah 1:10 that is to root out to pull down to destroy, overthrow build and plant.

The above Divine role are to be professed by you who has the Lord Jesus within you and holy spirit sitted within you as Lord and savior.

Today I challenge you to pick up your weapon of warfare and destroy all that was not planted by God in your life, family, friends and Nation at large

Exodus 3:1-5

AFTER DESERT THERE IS HOPE

The text above shows a turning point by the beginning statement now. A proof that there was something that happened before this chapter which according to the scriptures show us that Moses and the rest of the Israelites had spent over 430years and the opening statement now proofs that there time of slavery was long over due.

This is proved in the subsequent verses where God manifest himself to Moses in the seemly burning bush yet not being consumed.

The above statement where Moses led the flock behind the desert means that after a long period of suffering in lack, disolation strive and all forms of odd circumstances in Life there is always a hope.

Therefore Brethren before you think of giving up and surrending to the walls and barriers of life, disappointment remember ahead of you, there is green grass and soon behind you will be seeing the desert.

So focus on the green grass and forget the desert that you are in now.
