In my community of Kosovo, children are increasingly exposed to s*xual exploitation—often forced into s*x in exchange for money, clothes, or basic needs. It’s heartbreaking, but we are taking a stand.

Every child deserves to grow up in safety. No child should be forced into s*x or labor. Sadly, in poor areas, children are often pushed into dangerous work like mining or factory jobs because of financial hardship. But children should be in safe homes and schools, not workplaces.

Thanks to our collective efforts, we’ve been able to prevent child exploitation in the Kosovo slum and surrounding areas. We’ve rescued children from exploitative situations and placed them in schools and technical institutions, giving them a chance to build a better future.

We’ve also raised awareness among parents and communities, working hand in hand with families, local leaders, and other organizations.

That’s why I’m proud to say my volunteering has not been in vain. After advocating for support, Terres des Hommes Netherlands (Uganda branch) responded and stepped in to help our community. 🙏

We are deeply grateful to the local community leaders who generously donated shoe-sewing machines to support the Unlocked Youths initiative. 👏🏽👞✨

These machines are more than just tools—they’re a gateway to opportunity. Our young people are now learning practical shoemaking and repair skills that will not only boost their creativity and confidence but also empower them to start small businesses and generate income for sustainable living.

In communities where unemployment and poverty often hold youth back, this kind of support unlocks doors to a brighter, self-sufficient future. Through this project, we are nurturing independence, entrepreneurship, and purpose.

Unlocking young minds through the art of biomass fuel briquette making! 🌱🔥

We’re empowering youth with practical skills in clean energy—teaching them how to make, market, and sell biomass fuel briquettes, as well as how to build and distribute briquette-making machines. 💪🏽

This initiative not only promotes environmental sustainability but also equips young entrepreneurs with income-generating skills they can turn into real businesses.

From idea to implementation, we’re helping them launch green projects that fuel both homes and hope. 🌍✨

Unlocking our minds with the Word of God during lockdown, led by our late beloved Rabai Jeremiah (RIP).

As youths, this is how God preserved us through one of the most difficult seasons. In a time of fear and uncertainty, His presence became our shelter, His Word our guide. We are forever grateful for the life and ministry of Rabai Jeremiah—his impact continues to live on in us.
