HIGH-LEVEL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Members of the Kabale Pastors Fellowship are currently engaged in an intensive five-day leadership and organizational management training. This program is being facilitated by Development Associates International, led by Bishop Nicholas Wafula, at Riverside Resort Hotel.
Now on Day Three, participants are actively working through Unit Four, having successfully completed Units One through Three.
Although originally designed as a comprehensive ten-day course, the program has been strategically condensed into a rigorous five-day intensive, delivering rich, practical, and highly relevant insights for effective leadership and organizational growth.

When the presence of God comes into the midst of His people like it happened today in our worship service, everything changes.
Chains break.
Hearts awaken.
The ordinary becomes holy.
Sickness flees, fear dissolves, demons tremble and leave, chains fall off and joy rises like a mighty river.
What was dead comes alive.
What was broken is restored.
What was impossible suddenly becomes possible.
In His presence, the weak are made strong, the lost are found, and heaven touches earth.
All we did was to let His presence fill us and now we testify that where God is miracles happen, lives are transformed, and His glory is revealed.

Consider the instruction given in Jonah 3:2 (NKJV):
“Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and preach to it the message that I tell you.”
Jonah’s assignment was specific. Any deviation—even if it seemed reasonable—was disobedience.

“All things are lawful, but not all things are helpful.” This life is not the end of our destination, so we must not settle for what is temporary.

2 Corinthians 4:18 (NKJV) says:
“While we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”

As spiritual people, we must not live like unspiritual people, or we risk falling away. Always remember—you are chosen by God. You are set apart for His purpose.

Romans 12:2 (NKJV) declares:
“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”

The Word of God is Spirit, and it is life. It carries the power to transform how you think, how you see, and how you live.

The Word of God is:

1. A Mirror
It reveals who you truly are.
2 Corinthians 3:18 (NKJV) – “…beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory…”
James 1:23 (NKJV) – The Word shows you your true reflection, not your assumptions.

2. A Lamp (Light)
It guides your path so you do not stumble in darkness. The Word illuminates your steps and keeps you aligned with God’s perfect will.

ALL THINGS ARE LAWFUL, BUT NOT ALL THINGS ARE HELPFUL
A Sermon by

1 Corinthians 6:12 (NKJV)
“All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.”

Many people miss God because they are waiting for His permissive will instead of pursuing His perfect will. When you settle for what is merely allowed, you risk missing what is divinely ordained. God did not create you without purpose—He formed you with a specific assignment.

Jeremiah 1:5 (NKJV) reminds us:
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”

God’s will is perfect, and it is only experienced when you position yourself at the center of it. Outside of that center, even lawful things can become distractions.
