LEADERSHIP

Topic:
Elements Of A Good Leader - Boldness

Acts 4:29-31 Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus." And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.

It is a dangerous experience to find one who has been raised to lead so shaken and intimidated by things said of him or done towards him that, he nolonger has a voice in the sphere of his leadership. In a family, church, business, and workplace, many visions have been killed because of fear for what has raised the dust.

Being a leader, expect fallen forces and contradicting convictions of wicked men to stand against you; You're not exempted from such but it's a great opportunity to showcase your call that the glory of God may be seen and hearts be transformed. That's why in our opening verses, having threatened the Apostles never to preach again the name of Jesus, they refused to be submissive and subject to their threat but moved on to pray in one accord to the Lord that they may be filled with the boldness to finish the assignment.

This is the true mind of a leader: Never to be shaken but to stand in boldness to do the work. We are not of them who are weak, fainting in the time of adversity but we are strong in the Lord rejoicing in the doings of the Lord in us. Child of God be bold and minister the mind of God in all wisdom as a leader in your family, workplace, business and the nations.

THE JOY OF BEING IN THE GOSPEL

Topic: Benefits of the gospel

Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good tidings, who publishes peace, who brings good tidings of good, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, Your God reigns!

The message of our Lord that He gives to those He loves, is not a passive message, that one may hear, have an inspiration but not have an impact that is everlasting. This message is active and living: it carries the ability to imprint what it reveals to the receivers and also the carriers.

When a man has no impact of what he carries to the receivers, it means that he himself has not been impacted by what he carries and this is not the pattern of the Spirit. That's why you find that one is ever learning but never transforming. In our opening verse the Spirit expressly reveals an impact of the message to the carrier that he is befitting the things he's carrying. It Says, How beautiful [ befitting, becoming, be comely] upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good tidings, who publishes peace, who brings good tidings of good, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, Your God reigns.

Child of God, understand that a man that carries a message, he is the massage. Once you receive the message of the Lord, you become it and then you carry it to the world. This is the ultimate benefit of the gospel. That's why those who understand it, are significantly changed forever.

Desire to take hold of the message of the Lord and much more participate in it.

OUR FAMILY

Topic: We Belong To The Lord

Ephesians 2:19-20 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner[stone,]

To all creation, the image casted of them is traced after their seed; the kind and nature of family they proceed from. Our God has a family, that's why the bible says that: our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named.

Don't be deceived, we all being in the body at present, doesn't mean we are of the same house [ family]; To some He [ God] calls them strangers and foreigners because they're not of His household and to others He calls Sons [Children of God] because they belong to and proceed from Him. So in our opening verse, to those whom He called strangers and foreigners has He brought unto Himself in one body through the cross and now they're sons in the house and members of His family. This He has accomplished in Christ that those who are far, may be brought in, having received Him.

If you're not born again, you are seen as a stranger and foreigner before God. And as long as you are born again, you are of God and absolutely belong to the Lord because you're of members of His household. And whoever understands this, and walks in this, finds himself. That's why there things you ought not to be fighting if you know your family and from whence you come from because you have been transformed in Christ Jesus.

PRIDE

Topic:
A Proud Heart- Hub Of Stumbling

James 4:6 But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: [" God resists the proud,] [But gives grace to the humble."]

You see a proud heart, no one can tame nor heal because their understanding is clogged with a certain perception of things which are totally off the virtues of God. And many who grow proud tend not to notice it until one confronts such a spirit or when they reap of it's fruit. Have you ever dealt with a man who thinks they're the most absolute final voice in everything that they think no one can occupy their place? Have you ever talked to one person who before they hear the whole sentence, they tell you how they know it all and that you should bring something new? All this is pride.

Child of God, pride in a man's heart is the total hub of stumblings because such a spirit ministers not rest but strife and contentions and the end of it is a fall. That's why in our opening verse, we are taught that: God gives more grace. Therefore He says: [" God resists the proud,] [But gives grace to the humble."]
Meaning every proud heart, is a set piece for the opposition, and resistance of God. God Himself becomes your opposing force that you are brought to nothing. There is a humility which tends to pride because it is of a false seed.

When you take offense at people, it is actually a demonstration of your pride. Because you think too much about yourself, to highly about yourself. But when you discover Him [God], nothing that anyone says will offend you because you are too happy in Him for His salvation and you know Him. Any element in life, can be a seed of pride, it matters how you perceive and live by it.
Saint, don't be one that God is fighting against but one that God is fighting for. Be humble for God examines hearts

THE PEACE OF GOD

Topic:
Pursuing Peace

Romans 12:18 If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.

It is very important to understand that the Lord our God is the God of peace. And we being His offspring and also one with Him, we have the peace of God in us. But it is one thing to have the peace of the Lord in you and another to walk in it or experience it within you and also towards everything around you.

So in our opening verse, we are encouraged to live at peace with everyone. Saying that If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Meaning, exercising yourself to be at peace is a choice; you choose to live at peace with yourselves and those around us. Because everyone in Christ has been made complete in this also. It's not how deep you're hurt but how willing you're to make peace. It is not godly to strife with men over matters. Many failing to let go of issues that hurt them, have paved way for the enemy whose aim is to steal, kill and destroy. That's why, many fall sick and some die. Child of God, if a matter hasn't gone well, cast it on God and let it go. Don't loose your peace over anything which doesn't speak peace.

We don't ask for peace, we receive and walk in peace because in Christ we have been given the God kind of peace. You see, your focus in exercising yourself to live at peace brings forth the fruit of righteousness to the glory and praise of God. There are things you will never see in God if you walk not in peace.

Topic:
Staying At Your Post Of Service

1 Timothy 1:18-19 This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare; Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:

When the word of God comes to a man, it is comes to position him in the inheritance that God preordained for him to walk in. But this doesn't mean, you will not have challenges to the point of fainting, no. That is the moment when they increase the more because of the word you've received.

So in our opening verse, Paul entrusts Timothy with a responsibility to remain at Ephesus and this is because of the prophecies [ word of God] which he was given that by them, he may fight a good warfare; Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck. Meaning stewardship [ being made a custodian of some things] is responsibility and in the place of walking [doing] your responsibility, indifferent thoughts, emotions, words, challenges may come in just to put you off but how you overcome them, shows how you're strong in the faith, having clung to the word of God.

In those moments, it is good to remember what God said [ prophecies] about you that by those very words, you may stand firm and keep doing the assignment. Child of God as you fast and pray today, meditate and give yourself to the word of God which came to you and buildup your most holy faith.

UNDERSTANDING YOURSELF IN CHRIST

Topic:
Carriers Of God - Part 2

Habakkuk 2:14 For the earth will be filled With the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, As the waters cover the sea.

In every creation, God has purposed to reveal and join Himself to man, that through man [ Spirit Man], He may reign and showcase His greatness to all creation. That's why He says somewhere in the word that He predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will. Meaning it is the very mind of God that it should be Himself to live and have preeminent expressions in the earth first through man then to all creation.

In the understanding of this, our opening verse teaches us of how this is and now coming to manifestation: For the earth will be filled With the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, As the waters cover the sea. The word knowledge used means to acknowledge [ acquaint]. Meaning in this position and time, the earth will be subdued with the correct and precise acknowledgement [ knowledge] of the total weight [ glory, Splendor, radiance] of the Lord. And this He purposed that through man, the earth may attest and know God.

In other words, the manifestation of the Spirit man [ son's of God] is what He means when He says that "For the earth will be filled With the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, As the waters cover the sea."
Child of God, this is our position in God that the world may know that the living God abides and rules in the kingdom of men.

Faith

Topic:
Growing In Faith

Romans 10:17 So then faith [comes] by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

As a man that has received the Lord Jesus, faith is given and this measure of faith is dealt to everyone who comes to the Lord. That's why the bible says that we are saved by grace through faith and not of works. Meaning your access into His saving grace, comes through faith, which faith as a substance you take hold of at the moment you receive the message [ word] preached, propelling you to accept the Lord Jesus Christ through your confession of His Lordship over your life.

So we all that have been born again, have faith and this faith we have, it is expedient to know that we grow in it. That's why our opening verse teaches us that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Meaning the Ideal thing is faith which you receive as a deposit by His Spirit the day you received Him when the message came to you. So when we talk of growing in faith, we are telling you to grow in the participations and expression of this Spiritual substance.

The understanding of how to grow in faith, is what He expressly ministers to us as the hearing of the word. What many think of faith growing in you, is actually you growing in faith; the more word you receive, the more understanding and access is given to you concerning the expressions and communications of the faith as a substance. You see, If you get to a moment where by there is something you can't do, it doesn't mean you don't have faith for it. No, you already have the faith but what you need is the access into that particular expression and communication of faith, which you can get only by hearing and receiving the spoken word in that arena of life. This is how we grow in faith.

I position myself to always hear the word of God and widen my understanding and access into the expressions and communications of faith in me

UNDERSTANDING HOPE

Topic:
Our Hope Being A Reality Part 2

Romans 5:5 Such hope never disappoints or deludes or shames us, for God's love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit Who has been given to us.

If a man's expectations are not met, means that whatever he hoped for in his heart is dead and yet if any man be in Christ, all hope ought to yield good fruit. Meaning it is possible to be in Christ and your hope fails because of not giving attention to the principles that bring your hope to a reality.

Our opening verse teaches us of another aspect [ principle] which when one embraces and consciously builds his hope in it, whatever their hope is, it can not fail. He says that "Such hope never disappoints or deludes or shames us, for God's love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit Who has been given to us." Meaning a hope that is fruitful, is such a one functioning in the heart which is deeply aware of how God dearly loves them; Hope is made real by His love.

When a man's heart is fully aware of how deeply they are loved by God, nothing of anything they have set in their hearts to do, will at any moment disappoint or fail to happen. Child of God, there is so much power in being conscious of the love of God towards you. That's why He says in one of the verses: You'll be able to take in with all Christians the extravagant dimensions of Christ's love. Reach out and experience the breadth! Test its length! Plumb the depths! Rise to the heights! Live full lives, full in the fullness of God.

UNDERSTANDING HOPE

Topic:
Our Hope Being A Reality

Romans 8:24 For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees?

Every man dreams to become something that is worth of honour and glory; these are the innermost imaginations of the goals, and visions that define the expectations of the set end which now is the hope in him. But because of the partitions and particulars of the path being walked, many faint and kill the light of their hope.

So in our opening verse, we are taught one of the aspects of hope that an an understanding of it may be illuminated in our hearts. This He says that: For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees?
You see, the reality of hope, is not in the physicality of the expectations [ that which you see with your physical eyes], but rather in the tangibility of the imaginations [ pictures] of your expectations of the end of you're. Meaning the hope can only be seen with the eyes of your heart.

Child of God, the ideal is not the process but rather the final picture of your hope. If only you can keep seeing it and feeling it then shall you partake of the power of it's reality. That's why He says He can do exceedingly and abundantly above that which you dream, image and crave for in your heart according to the power that is at work in you. Child of God the kind of power at work in you is the tangibility of your imagination [ envisioning] which is the exactness of your hope [ expectations]. Build your expectations into reality
