_*Genesis 21:1-2* And the Lord visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for Sarah as He had spoken. For Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him._

Sarah conceived at 90 years and bore a son to Abraham at the appointed time of which God had spoken to him. This text is a clear evidence which shows us that our God is never out of time. Even if He appears to be 90 years late, He is still in time and God's delay is not God's denial. So when things seem to be taking long in life, wait for the appointed time and know that God has his own calendar which is different from our own calendars. Waiting for the appointed time often presents a big problem for us. Of course we can commit a situation to the Lord and we can trust God but it is the waiting period that frequently makes us come unstuck and causes us to jump right into the middle of things and create our own Ishmaels.

Instead of waiting for the Isaac to come, Abraham and Sarah ended up creating their own Ishmael. You may not understand God's plan for your life but you need to accept them because His decisions are better than yours. Your time will come, some graduated 10years ago but are still waiting to get a job yet you wonder why those with no education never been jobless. Some got married at 19 but divorced 2years later yet some got married at 40 but found everlasting love. You are not late. Your time will come. Stick to your dream.

Today, the race is on in every area.Your competitors are more capable and determined than they have ever been before, and will grow even more so next year, and the year after, and for the rest of your career.
You have to run faster just to stay in the same place.
