Friday, August 29th, and Saturday, August 30th, marked the final days of our 2025 Vacation Bible School. We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to the success of this program.

Over the course of four days, we are confident that the children gained valuable biblical knowledge that will not only deepen their understanding of God but also guide them in navigating life with biblical principles at the foundation.

We especially thank the parents who entrusted their children to attend this Vacation Bible School. You are the true heroes, choosing to raise your children in the ways of the Lord.

We look forward to hosting more of these programs in the future, and we kindly ask that you continue sending your children so they can keep growing in God’s Word.

We love and appreciate you.

Day Two of Vacation Bible School brought even more exciting opportunities for the children to know God and embrace biblical principles. They enjoyed coloring illustrations of Bible stories, which made learning both fun and memorable.

The children also practiced teamwork by working together to memorize scripture assigned by their tutors. Later, they teamed up into four groups to participate in Awana games, designed to teach them valuable lessons such as attentiveness, patience, obedience, and support for one another.

The children are truly loving every moment of Vacation Bible School, and we are excited to continue this journey of learning together on Day Three.

Our first day of Vacation Bible School was both fruitful and fulfilling. The children enjoyed building friendships with our tutors and with one another. They eagerly took part in scripture memorization and joyfully danced to worship music.

Our dedicated tutors did a wonderful job teaching God’s Word, sharing biblical stories and principles in fun and engaging ways.

We covered just enough for the day, leaving the children excited to return tomorrow and continue learning.

We are excited to announce the 3rd Annual Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Victoria Baptist Church, happening from 27th to 30th August 2025!

This year’s theme is “A Child After God’s Heart” (1 Samuel 16:7). VBS is a special program designed to help children grow in faith, character, and friendship through Bible lessons, crafts, fun games, music, and team building.

Who can attend?
Children and teens aged 6 to 18 years.

Why send your child to VBS?
+They will learn about God’s love in a fun and safe environment
+It helps them build confidence, make friends, and discover their talents
+Each day is filled with music, crafts, games, and valuable lessons from the Bible

Happy Easter from

This past Sunday, Pastor Kadhaya Geoffrey reminded us that Isaiah paints Christ as the substitute who carries (“imputes,” Ps 32:2) our guilt. The Suffering Servant stands in our place so we don’t have to stand condemned.

1. What we did – v. 6a
Like sheep we strayed. “All have sinned and fall short…” (Rom 3:23). Sin severed us from God and there’s nothing in us that can fix it.
2. What God did – v. 6b
“The LORD laid on Him the iniquity of us all.”
• Leviticus 16:21‑22 – the scapegoat foreshadowed Jesus.
• 1 Peter 2:24 – He carried our sins to the tree.
• 2 Cor 5:21 – the blameless One became sin for us.
Now, in Christ, there’s no condemnation—only grace!

3. What we must do
- Trust His finished work (Rom 5:1)
-Live holy, grateful lives (Rom 6:1‑2; Titus 2:14)
-Proclaim this hope to a wandering world (Heb 10:26‑29)

Jesus took our place—once for all. Let’s embrace that salvation and walk in fresh, resurrection life every day.
