*Romans 6:13 (KJV);* ...but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

*TO YIELD AND OVERCOME*

In Hosea 4:6, God reveals to us the core of human failure, pain and suffering.

The Bible says, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.”

People perish, not necessarily because of disease, poverty and deprivation but because they lack knowledge.

Therefore, true overcoming is the yieldedness that pacifies the offence of ignorance.

What this means is that we overcome all manner of affliction by the enemy when we learn to break before God. As we break, we receive the revelation we need to deal with the attacks of the enemy and move from one level of glory to the next.

An overcomer is a man who has yielded enough to God to access the knowledge that He needs.

True victory then is when you hear what you must hear and see what you must see in God because like Deuteronomy 29:29 says, the revealed things belong unto us and our children.

*PRAYER:* Loving Father, I thank You for this word You have given me today. Thank You because I live in a dispensation of knowledge where much has been availed for my spirit. In my times, ignorance is not an excuse because the doors of access to wisdom and understanding are open to me. I am continually broken in my spirit to receive from You and as I do, I redeem different circumstances in my life, to the glory of the Lord.

THE PERFECT WORSHIP-PLACE
Hebrews 9:11-12
But when Christ came as high priest of the good things that are now already here, he went through the greater and more perfect tabernacle that is not made with human hands, that is to say, is not a part of this creation. He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood, so obtaining eternal redemption. (NIVUK)

Most people, if you say 'worship place' will think of a church or other religious building. We ask where is God worshipped? Our eyes habitually look around us and we look for a place on earth where God will meet with us. For the Old Testament 'church', the answer was the tabernacle and the temples which superseded it. For the earliest Christians, who were all Jews, there was some confusion. The temple was still standing, sacrifices and purification ceremonies still took place. It was the natural place for new believers to gather, but it was also a place of confusing hostility as the religious leaders refused to acknowledge Jesus (Acts 2:46; 5:12).

So the writer of this letter explained that the ultimate worship-place is heaven. It is greater and more perfect than any earthly replica. It is a God-made place, not man-made, and enjoys the fulness of Father God's presence all the time. 40 days after the resurrection, Jesus went back to heaven to take evidence of His own bloodied sacrifice (pierced hands and feet) which atones for our sins. That is why the blood of animals was obsolete, along with the altars, priests and temple (Hebrews 8:13). Jesus has done all that is necessary for us to worship God. God the Son pleads the efficacy of His own blood before God the Father, and we can worship wherever we are in spirit and in truth (John 4:24).

The presentation of the sin-sacrifice to Father God could not be any closer, because Jesus continually intercedes for us in the true worship-place. We do not even need a building to worship in: we can sing silently in our hearts or aloud with other believers (Ephesians 5:19-20) - and that worship is as intimate as in heaven, for the Spirit of God lives in us (1 Corinthians 3:16). So, the perfect worship-place is wherever God is, and He is with us by His Spirit (Ephesians 2:22).

However beautiful some worship buildings might be, none is as precious to God as His Son or His children. The ultimate worship-place is in heaven where Christ is (Colossians 3:1); and that is mirrored here on earth wherever His people gather (1 Peter 2:5), or were believers honour their Saviour (1 Corinthians 6:19). When it comes to physical buildings: however helpful or beautiful some might find the architectural symbolism, the Lord is worshipped in Spirit not stone; in heaven and in our hearts. There is no holier place than heaven and the heart which has been cleansed by Christ. So, do not be confused by earthly externals. Be reassured that your heart's worship is acceptable now because our High Priest is in heaven and His Spirit is in our hearts.

Holy God. Thank You that Jesus is continually in Your presence bearing the evidence of His atoning sacrifice, so that we can come close to you without fear. Forgive me for honouring a physical building more than You in heaven and in my heart. Please help me to witness to my relationship with You, and not to the beauty of the church in which I gather with Your people for worship. And may I be satisfied that You are fully accessible, at all times, through the Lord Jesus Christ. In His Name. Amen.

Sometimes we esteem others more important than ourselves. We always become the martyr. It is wonderful to be self-sacrificing, but watch out for self-disdain! If we don’t apply some of the
medicine that we use on others to strengthen ourselves, our patients will be healed and we will be dying.

The Kingdom of Heaven is within and in order for the Kingdom of heaven to be without it has to first come within. Because spirits - I'm going to say it again - do not have legal rights in the earth realm. That's why when Satan wanted access in the earth realm he had to through a man. That's why when God wanted legal access - not even God can come in - When God wanted legal access in the earth realm he had to come through the womb of a woman. That's why angels say: What is man that thou art mindful of him. {No they don't - see Psalm 8 v4} They think they want our order. They don't even love you. Why have you chosen man? God told them, because it gives him legal access in the earth realm.

Nobody wants somebody who wants them for what they have or the position their in- you want somebody who wants you for you. In case it all goes crazy and it all turns to dust. I want somebody who loves me in the welfare line, eating gumbo, eating fish,black eyed peas and rice. I want somebody that loves me. God wants you to love him, not his cars, not his house, not his blessing- love him.

Stop watering things that were never meant to grow in your life. Water what works, what's good, what's right. Stop playing around with those dead bones and stuff you can't fix, its over...leave it alone! You're coming into a season of greatness. If you water what's alive and divine, you will see harvest like you've never seen before. Stop wasting water on dead issues, dead relationships, dead people, a dead past. No matter how much you water concrete, you can't grow a garden.

He knows those needs already, so why does He require us to ask? I believe God instructs us to come to Him with our petitions so that He can infuse us with the answers. He needs us to focus on the need or desire so that He can put into us the blessings and gifts that will draw”
