Under this Ministry, there are five semi-autonomous programs Rescuing both the spiritually and physically ill:

IV. RESCUE FORMAL AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING
V. RESCUE SELF-HELP PROJECTS. OBJECTIVES for which the ministry is established are:
I. EVANGELISM, DISCIPLSHIP & LEADERSHIP TRAINING
a. EVANGELISM
• To propagate and carry out door-to-door Ev
angelism and open-air Gospel crusades and inside and outside Uganda
• Through Holistic approach for the glorifying GOD that He’s able to RESCUE souls from sin and transform lives of people to a better destination
John 14:2-3. DISCIPLSHIP
• To disciple people with the living WORD of GOD, preach, worship, pray and to do any other activities as per scriptures to spread the GOSPEL of JESUS CHRIST to all nations and creatures (Mark 16:15-16) and to carry out church planting.
• To prepare, organize and develop service groups for church growth and development in the following services among others;Ushering,Choir,Intercession,Children,Youth,Singles,Women,Men,Hospital,Prison and Development.
• To conduct and solemnize marriages and other ceremonies in Accordance with laid-down Christian values to the GLORY of our GOD the CREATOR. CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP TRAINING
• To mobilize, prepare, Train, Equip and mentor church leaders and ministers who have a calling from GOD for His services, to help them fulfilling their calling in any or combination of the following; Evangelism, Pastoral and Teaching.
• To Network, Collaborate or partner with other related Training Agencies of good repute for some or all of the following areas; Curriculum design and Development, Funding, Facilitators capacity building, reference materials, IT Equipments and software, Accreditation and Awards. RESCUE HELPLESS CHILDREN
To help children with Education so that so they can have a bright future and teach them how to follow the ways of the LORD GOD proverbs 22:6 by showing them the LOVE of GOD. To involve them in the work of the ministry. Provide them with materials things for their use. And to build shelters or homes for them. To teach them Agriculture. III. RESCUEING THE ELDERLY
Psalms 92:14-15
To help elderly without hope to have a living HOPE with the Gospel of JESUS CHRIST, because here elderly are discriminated, rejected and not honored many are dieing due to luck health care so “RESCUE” is here to give them back a smile on their lips by supporting them with food, beddings, clothes, medical and shelters. COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT
• To mobilize resources and or gradually develop capacity to:
• Provide clean water by drilling boreholes, extend piped water or protected water springs for needy communities.
• Carry out Advocacy and service delivery on the plight of HIV/AIDS Victims in the areas of providing better health care and other necessities.
• Provide Education support for Technical institution that also help the orphans, school drop outs to learn skills in order to earn a bright future other than becoming thieves in the communities.
• To participate and promote modern Agriculture practice to the semi urban and rural communities for better yields and to undertake food processing, packing and marketing.
• To participate and or guide on cost effective means and methods of setting up permanent shelters for the needy more especially the widows and the elderly. And to teach them the ways of the LORD as mentioned in the first objective. V. RESCUE SELF HELP PROJECTS
For sustenance of the Objectives above, the following projects shall be undertaken;
• Operate guest houses of a Christian nature.
• Poultry and piggery farming
• Fish farming and Agro- forestry.
• Rabbit farming.
• Hot culture e.g. growing cabbages, Tomatoes e.t.c
• Growing Matooke (banana)
• Secretarial Bureaus.
• Tourism promotion.
• Any other lawful trade. To do any other lawful activities which are incidental to the attainment of the above objectives
