NAMIREMBE: The Cross Overnight prayers

Today 31st December 2025 Thousands of believers from Kampala and around Uganda flocked the Namirembe Hill at Namirembe Cathedral grounds to witness this tremendous cross overnight event.

The Retired Bishop of Busoga The Rt.Rev.Dr Paul Samson Naimanhye is the guest speaker at this cross overnight under the theme: Arise and shine.

He hinted on the Glory of God coming upon you to give you victory, fame, favor and honour.

He also added saying let Jesus's speed be activated upon your life, now is the time to let the snail speed out of our system and lives

In conclusion the Retired Bishop prophesied saying let there be light where is darkness in your lives Amen

Today 6th December 2025, The Bishop of Busoga Diocese The Rt.Rev.Dr Paul Samson Naimanhye is the Main Celebrant as Dr Richard Balikowowa weds Ms Martha Kantono at Christ's Cathedral Bugembe in Jinja City Busoga Diocese

The Bishop in his sermon said man and woman shall become one after leaving their home however on the other hand some partners have decided to play the "stupid role" so that their marriages keep moving on.

The Bishop cautioned some ladies who have abandoned their roles of cooking for their husband's, not welcoming visitors at there homes.

In conclusion the Bishop said marriage is being there when poor and when sick as you look at each other just like "a flower "

JINJA : The official Launch of the Busoga Annual Prayer convocation

Religious leaders in Busoga Region have launched the Busoga annual prayers Convocation to be held in Walukuba in Masese Jinja City on 12th December 2025 from 6am to 6pm as away of solving challenges ahead of the general 2026 elections

The Bishop of Elim Pentecostal churches in Uganda, Fredrick Maka while at the launch of the prayers at Source of the Nile Hotel in Jinja City revealed out that they have come up with this initiative to see that Busoga gets united.

He called upon people in Busoga Region to turn up for prayers because it's through prayers that people can change and others unite.

In attendance,was the Bishop of Busoga Diocese Rt Rev Dr Paul Samson Naimanhe Mukembo and other pastors from different churches.

The Bishop who was the guest of honor on this official launch said the Lord is happy when there is together despite different religions. He added saying forgiveness should the basis of the church

NAMULESA: The Bishop of Busoga Diocese inaugurates St.Peter's Church of Uganda

Today 16th November 2025, The Bishop of Busoga Diocese The Rt.Rev.Dr Paul Samson Naimanhye has officially inaugurated St. Peter's Church of Uganda Namulesa as a Parish Church in Jinja Archdeaconry Busoga Diocese

The Bishop made this declaration while on his Pastoral visit to the church. In his sermon he emphasised that the new Parish Church is here now therefore as Christians you should have love for each other and support God's work

The Bishop also cautioned those who think like children since they are now adults it's embracing and ashaming on the side of the church, he added saying if you are a leader you have to rely on the truth and serve the people

He was saying farewell to them

Glory and honor goes back to the Lord
