Today, on behalf of the entire Lugbara Kampala Gospel Artists Association (LKGAA), we proudly celebrate and honor our esteemed President, Fredo AGM, on his special day.

Your leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the growth of gospel music and the unity of Lugbara gospel artists have been a source of inspiration to many. Through your vision and guidance, our association continues to grow stronger, empowering artists to use their talents in spreading the Gospel and impacting lives for the glory of God.

As we celebrate another year of God's faithfulness in your life, we thank the Almighty for the wisdom, strength, and grace He has bestowed upon you. Your service, humility, and passion for ministry continue to leave a lasting mark on our community and beyond.

Update

Lugbara Kampala Gospel Artist Association is now a registered organization.

This registration comes after a successful meeting which was held discuss some of the critical matters affecting the association.

So one of the things which was affecting the association was the registration which hindered the account opening for the association to keep the little funds which may be raised for the association.

But now officially we are registered as a legally recognized organization under gender community services department with KCCA.

This registration will also help to protect the image of the association and it's members which means anything that happens to the association or members shall then be taken to law as we are now legal registered

This registration has officially given Powers to the association to sue any person whom association may have legal issues against or anyone who is having legal issues against the association can also sue the association

However we would like to warn the public to refrain from any defamatory statements or false allegations towards the members of association or the entire association because it may not be seeing as small matter since we now have all the legal procedures to bring such people to courts of law. We therefore welcome those who always want to advice, correct and put things in the association in order to follow the write procedures as they address the matter to us through the executive or approach our advisory body through WCCF we shall be ready and humbled to receive your advice

If the issue is criminal case we advice such a person to go to court or follow legal procedures the association will respond through its legal team since we now have such capacity to respond to any legal sermon through our legal team

Therefore those who are doing ministry business or any activities or gospel related activity with Lugbara Gospel Artists association you should get to know that you are now dealing with a legally registered organization. There's no need to worry about what may transpire in the engagement of the association.

Make sure in any activity where you involve the association the credibility of the association in the gospel should be observed

We therefore officially thanked our members for the cooperation and support towards the progress of the association

We would like to extend our special thanks to the executive committee members of the association for taking the matter in hand for the successful registration

We also extend our appreciation to our P.R.O *Chosen Michael* for working hard with legal authorities to see the association is legal registered

Our next move is going to be ministry activities which shall be announced in our social media platforms

Do you L'gbara K'la Gospel Artists association is governed by its constitution?

Let's understand this together for example article 25 of the Constitution of LKGAA talks about the code of conducts of it's members

Let's break it for you, section I of the that article talks about the discipline of the members, section II talks about the sanction of indiscipline members then section III talks about the spiritual guidance to members more especially how they should conduct themselves in the body of Christ

Don't be deceived by anyone incase of the goings in the cycle of the entire association, anything that transpires in the association, we always follow our constitution to administer it

We love to see our members having better platform for the music ministry and we shall always work hard to see they have that environment to have purified gospel

Lugbara Kampala Gospel Artists Association Holds Successful Meeting

The Lugbara Kampala Gospel Artists Association held a successful meeting at Okuvu Church of Uganda on 8th March. The gathering brought together artists who discussed key issues affecting their ministry, including unity and relationships with others.

The chairperson informed members about the association's adoption under WCCF, with the executive and management expressing their happiness to partner with the group. Discussions also focused on upcoming ministry activities, marking a new chapter for the association.

Members agreed to move on with only people who are committed respect the Christian values in the industry of music but those who are not serious and disrespectful will not be followed up only that they will be given opportunity to make decisions and members are urged to be serious in their ministry and Keep discipline and respect all churches and their leadership

The meeting ended on a high note, with attendees pleased with the progress made.

Are you aware that one of our regulations prohibits indecent dressing for all our members

has responsibility to monitor the behaviors of artists, among others which includes dressing on the stage while performing

As an artist you are part of the gospel to audience, so your appearance should be one of the factors that can inspire someone to understand the concept of the gospel you preach

Any member of the association that does not dress well or dresses in pornographic ways shall be summoned by the leaders for advice failure to change will call for disciplinary sermon which Shall be done by B.O.T

Do You know that LKGAA has its own Body of Trustees (B.O.T) which is responsible for the governance of Association among others which includes the supervision of the leaders, the discipline of the members ie handling the disciplinary casses of the members, conflict resolution within the association etc

However, , ,_Cpt Ronald Akuma, and are responsible for the governance of the association as BOT

Considering their role, if there is any case of terminating any membership of a member or relieving any leader from his or her role, it will take place with fully involvement of the above mentioned BOT Members

All these structure is being set to bring in sanity and purity in the ministry of God is not just a musical group but an organization that carries the ministry of Jesus Christ and fulfillment of the will of God so any member who doesn't adhere to the guidance and guidelines set in the ministry is not eligible to be a member

stands for the values of Christianity in which Unity in the body of Christ is paramount
